I was curious as to which place had replaced panera bread so I came upon here. The prices are okish, the burgers do not come with fries so they are separate. I'll say the burger itself was good nice and juicy while also with a little crisp. My only problem why it wasn't 5 stars for me is how do you give everyone a sample but not offer me any? In the end I had to ask for it and after trying the chips I actually liked it and bought some I doubt anyone else you gave to bought any. When I go to The Stand and order a well done burger, it Always comes out raw and red, not sure why they don't understand what well done is. There are alot of people these days who want meat cooked well to avoid issues. Today I ordered the Fried Egg Burger, they brought me a burger with raw egg jiggling around the sides of the burger and running out of the burger, it was really obvious, the meat in the burger was RED again and I had to send it back. They brought it back with the egg cooked better but still some raw egg and the burger was still RED. My coworker ordered The Stand via APP and her's was ordered well done, it arrived red and raw. This is a safety issue for the public, I suggest avoiding this place until they can learn how to cook food. read more

Waited 15-20 minutes for the food which is pretty long for burgers considering it wasn't that busy. Then when the food came, my order was wrong. Since I didn't want to wait while the rest of my party ate, I just ate what I got. What made it more disappointing is that they ask you to tip when you pay, before you even know what kind of service you received. So, I tipped 15% to order at a counter, wait too long for my food and not get the food I ordered. On what planet is that OK? read more

What impressed me? The restaurant is very open and spacious. modern and extremely clean. Staff are constantly sweeping the floors, cleaning tables, etc. Staff who serve the food and remove the table trash wear gloves. The smell of beef on the griddle wafts through the air. Diners can build their own burger with many options including protein, bun type, sauce, condiment, and toppings. What did not impress me? The Stand Burger. I asked for the meat well done and they delivered with some caramelised edges like a smashed burger. However, the patty is smallish, the tomato was thin and pink indicating unripeness. The cheese was barely detectable as were the grilled onions. Even the sauce was minimal;y evident. I have had much better hamburgers at The Habit, Carl's and Hopdoddy for example. The onion rings were good. The skin-on fries were not hot and somewhat limp. The sound track is good but played way too loud to make conversation challenging. They recently opened in the Ralphs shopping center. I tried them out last night for the first time. The place is nice and new, super clean. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I ordered the Big Blue, onion rings and an iced tea. I have to say who cares about O-rings and iced tea when you have a 10+ burger right in front of you? It was served on this brioche bun and it was soft and browned perfectly, buttery. The patty was unreal. So soft and juicy. Cooked to perfection. It had bacon, grilled onions blue cheese chunks, arugula and grilled tomatoes, BBQ sauce. I am a big mayo or aioli girl and this didn't even need it. The flavor of the burger is so amazing it can "STAND" on it's own. read more
