We also purchased an additional warranty plan, which we canceled within the cancelation period due to multiple factors. The cancelation was official on April 15, 2020, however it took until August for our return to be released from the warranty company. That wouldn't have been a problem, however Brent cashed that refund check on Aug 4, 2020 and never gave it to us. My husband and I have spent countless hours texting, calling, emailing Brent to refund us the money. The last time we spoke to him he sent $150 and promised to send the remaining $515 on the Monday (2 days away), which he never did. Now he is MIA again. He spent a lot of time using phrases like 'to be honest' while apologizing for taking so long and ignoring us, but he has not made right of the situation yet. It has been over a year since cancellation! At this point, I will have to file a small claims case in our county to get the refund back.

I originally called on Labor Day weekend expecting to get a voicemail because they were closed, but instead I got Tonya on her cell phone. My Jeep Wrangler (not purchased from them) had been having electrical issues that no one could figure out. I drive past their location daily and there are always a ton of Jeeps on the lot so I figured maybe they could help. She told me to bring it by and they'd happily take a look at it. I drove up there in a borrowed car to inquire about what they thought was going on, potential cost of repairs, and if they could suggest a tow company since I had cancelled my AAA. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. They recommended a tow company that cost me half of any company I've used and they were there in a half hour (versus my last AAA tow which was 5.5 hours). I came back with my Jeep to speak to them again since my Jeep was pushing 200K miles to inquire about any vehicles they had for a secondary vehicle that might fit my needs. I explained to Rick what I was wanting out of a vehicle and that I had looked online, but I just was not finding the right fit. Who wants to drive to every dealership in Atlanta to test drive cars they don't even know if they'll hate. There are so many makes and models, it's daunting. The very first vehicle Rick took me to was everything I wanted and things I didn't even ask for. It was perfect. Pretty sure I scared the heck out of him on the test drive since I really only had driven Jeeps and 4Runners for many years. He played it off well not making me feel like a horrible driver. I knew I wanted the car. I was then introduced to Scott in financing. One of the nicest guys I've ever met. I didn't even have to haggle, I hate that. I talked his ear off while he did the paperwork. He explained all of the paperwork to me. It was mine. All mine. I hold off on reviews, if and when I do them, until I have time to experience everything. I drove my 'new' car for over 500 miles. Here is the kicker. It was explained to me full and well that I was buying this car as-is. After 12 days it was riding rough and I got concerned. I pulled it over and called them. I KNEW it was as-is and did not expect anything from them other than to possibly look at it, which I'd happily pay for, to see what went wrong. I got it to them and they repaired it, they looked it over, and they did not charge me. I cannot say this will always be the case, but humility and understanding goes a long way. There was no way they could have known about the issue I had with my car, and they made good on it. To further that, they told me they had ordered tires for the vehicle already because they had low tread and that they would like to still replace them. They also found another remote/key after my purchase and gave that to me as well. If you want a company where you feel welcome, where you want good, happy, and ethical people... then come here. Maybe they can do for you what they did for me and find you the vehicle you didn't know you would love until you saw it.
