I have NO idea who answered the phone, but PLEASE learn some etiquette and customer service! He rushed me off the phone, claiming "he'd call me back", how are you going to do that when you didn't even take down my number? I guess business is booming and you don't need customers? Please, please PLEASE do yourself a favor, bypass this horrible shop and call Hollywood Flower Shop (right in Mount Kisco across from the train). They were amazing and super accommodating. They also deliver locally, and I believe they can (within reason/distance) provide same day local delivery too! read more

Worst customer service ever. The owner doesn't even know the price of his own flowers. When I got home and took the flowers out of the package all the peddles fell off. I don't know how this man is still in business. read more

Called The Station Florist for a funeral arrangement delivery...Jimmy was extremely helpful and very nice over the phone. He even sent a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery for approval. Beautiful job, will definitely use them again! read more

I had the most amazing, beautiful fresh flowers fro my March Wedding. I asked for the impossible and he delivered. The arrangements were perfect, delivered and set up on time and lasted for weeks after the ceremony! Of all the things that can go wrong at a Wedding, I am happy to say I trusted Jimmy and ddin't have to worry one iota about the flowers and they were perfect! read more

Went into the shop, was told that the flowers were $15. When I asked if I could pay with a credit card, they told me that the minimum card payment was $30. I asked if I could add some roses to make it $30. Instead the woman went and got her manager and then all of a sudden my bouquet became worth $30. read more

NO STARS We received a plant for Grandma's funeral. The basket of plants had a variety of several plants. It was delivered on Saturday before the funeral. Two of the plants were dying/dead. So on Monday, I called the florist to tell him. Now this has happened to me before where I received flowers and they completely wilted before the day had ended. I called the florist. They sincerely apologized and immediately delivered a new bouquet. Well, not this guy! He was rude. I explained that these were plants and not flowers and the expectation is for them to last more than a couple of hours. He told me, I had to bring the basket back that day if I wanted the plants replaced. I explained that my car was in the shop and I couldn't come on Monday. So he screams at me that I better get them back to him before the end of the week if I expected a replacement. Again, I explained that these were plants not flowers. The expectation is that unlike flowers, plants are supposed to survive more than a couple of days. He asked me where I lived and I said White Plains and he made it very clear that he wasn't going to deliver to White Plains. I was going to return the basket but I have just had major surgery and I am still grieving the loss of my beloved grandmother. I don't have the energy to drive all the way to Bedford Hills. read more

Unless you are interested in spending a great deal of money, and receiving poor quality, do not use this florist for your wedding. Jimmy had been most helpful in helping me pick what I wanted for my wedding, except that he kept having me come in to look at arrangements that were always roses, to spite my specific request to have anything other than roses. In the end we compromised on a mixture of flowers. My Grandfather paid for my flowers as my wedding gift, and Jimmy gave him a total and accepted payment without even having final numbers from me. He charged my Grandfather for several things we did not receive (extra centerpieces and boutonnieres that we never received, and ended up even being short on my wedding day) My $450 Bridal bouquet was about 15 peonies at $22 a stem. The flowers were tightly closed and resembled golf balls instead of flowers. The leaves were wilted and hanging at the time of delivery. I immediately placed them in water upon Jimmy's instructions, and they never opened as he promised they would. I was missing 3 boutonnieres, and my rose bouquets petals were brown and dry on the edges. Jimmy told me "They are not brown, just a color similar to brown". REALLY?? Of the boutonnieres we did receive, several resembled wreaths then single flowers. I am attaching all photos, in hopes to save another bride from the absolute nightmare I went through on the morning of my wedding. As if matters could even get worse, I emailed Jimmy regarding all of this after my wedding, and he never even bothered to respond. I guess since he had already received payment for more than he was entitled and most certainly more than deserved I never even got an apology, nor did my Grandfather receive a refund for all of the missing items. If you want nice looking flowers, and not dead, wilted, browning flowers, please consider taking your business elsewhere. I only wish I would have seen photos of flowers like this before the morning of my wedding when it was too late. read more
