They have a women's room and a "whatever" room

The team were pleasant. They have a good bar selection including many draft beers. I ordered brisket with fries and salad. The salad was crisp and has fresh tomatoes. The fries were hand cut thick fries but had a little crunch on the corners. The brisket had a flavor and texture similar to pot roast. The interior is interesting- they have a wall of dog photos - they told me it is from the dogs who visited the restaurant. They have a book shelf and have some games to play on their patio. It's rare to have such a combination of ambiance, good food, and friendly service. They only have one flavor of barbecue sauce, so someone who wants variety might be disappointed.

Loved the brisket queso and chips Our group had the cheddar burger and the brisket bowl and pork bowl over mashed potatoes All very good. Our waitress was delightful and personable. The atmosphere is friendly, clean and fun.

Stopped in today and had perfect service. Ordered the wings and the buffalo sauce was perfect, Inside is super nice and clean with a pretty cool bar. I would come back and watch football and drink and eat on the weekend if I came back to town. Highly recommend

This was a quick and interesting visit. The young lady who started with us told us she want on the clock but her sister would take care of us. When her sister came and we asked how she was, she told us about being sick and having a fever the day before. The brisket nachos were good. Plenty of cheese and they weren't stingy with the brisket. We also got a side of the baked beans. They were unusual as they also contained peaches in them. When we asked about the Mac and cheese, the server told us it was good, but when asked if they were family reunion style, she told us it was a single Mac and cheese. The interior is unlike anything I've ever really seen. A ton of art. Very country vibe/feel. The conversations at some of the other tables were interesting.

    Chicken wings

Everything we ordered was delicious and memorable for someone from out of Texas: chicken wings, chicken sandwich with fries, chili, and the half rack of ribs. Generous portions. The ribs were flavorful as were the mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. The gravy was intensely flavored. The fries were homemade and way better than store bought. Chicken in the burger was flavorful. The chicken wings were properly crispy. Kid finished the chili which he described as elevated over the good chili he normally has.

Service was good. The waitress took a long time to come back to our table though after we told her we needed some time to look over the menu The inside was clean The bathrooms had no ac and was very hot The brisket Philly cheesesteak was okay. The brisket had a great Smokey flavor and was tender. They missed the mark on the Philly cheesesteak part though. 7/10 The Mac n cheese and very bland and runny. I would have saved my $2 and just ate the chips. Plus the portion size was a joke 3/10

Ambiance: There was both indoor and outdoor seating with tables, chairs, and benches. The outdoor area had fans, so it wasn't too hot, which was a nice touch. It was also really cool to see all the beer being brewed right there. They had a wide variety of options, which made choosing fun. Service: The service was great! We told the guy at the counter it was our first time, and he asked us what type of beer we usually like. He even let us try a sample before we made our choice, which was super helpful. Border Town: We ended up choosing this Mexican lager since we usually enjoy Dos Equis. I'd say it tasted even smoother than Dos! I honestly really enjoyed it, and the price was around $8 for a pint, which felt fair for the quality.

I'm not often as impressed as I am by Rough Draught. Awesome, awesome selection. Good people who enjoy talking whiskey. The interior and decoration and walls - it all just GOES. It's perfect. Sadly they were out of a key ingredient or two to make pizza when we were there - during Thanksgiving week, so... not "normal" timing - so we sadly could not try their pizza. But we enjoyed multiple great pours, some good cocktails, great conversation, and exploring all of the details in the decor. A staple for any visit I'll be making to College Station and Aggieland.
