We told the guy at the counter it was our first time, and he asked us what type of beer we usually like. He even let us try a sample before we made our choice, which was super helpful. Border Town: We ended up choosing this Mexican lager since we usually enjoy Dos Equis. I'd say it tasted even smoother than Dos! I honestly really enjoyed it, and the price was around $8 for a pint, which felt fair for the quality.

Since we had been drinking a while, we decided to have pizza at the shop attached to the bar. They have a nice pizza oven and this was excellent.
