The chef has a light touch especially for French food which tends to be heavy handed in the butter and cream in the sauces. His food is intuitive and has a perfect balance of flavor combinations. Here is a passionate chef who will cook you up a "life experience". We didn't save room for the desserts which we will try tomorrow. They looked amazing!
