BEST STORAGE PLACE!!! The Staff is great. We rented 4 Different Units at this location over 12 years. Before we left, and while waiting for our son to decide where he would be going to College, we had to move more items over which resulted in us having to get a second unit. Wendy, kept us up-to-date on units available and found one almost directly across from our unit, which made it convenient when it came to bringing items over. We only had the second unit for 2 months, but it certainly saved us. We were always treated with respect and the staff always answered any and all questions no matter how small. We were particularly impressed with On-Site Managers - Wendy and her Husband, friendly and helpful. She provided prices, as well as the current special which was the 1st 3 months for 50% off which sold me on her professional, helpfulness and very reasonable pricing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Years ago we used this facility to store our stuff, and the previous owners were great. But this new management has rubbed us the wrong way and I Do NoT trust them with our belongings. We will be getting our things in the morning and finding a new trustworthy storage unit. I arrived around 5:20 to help my husband and sister in law move the last few items in the Uhaul. When I arrived I tried to punch in the code and the gate would not open. I did it serval times and I could see the male owner staring at me though the window. Finally, he came out and told me " we are closing soon." I mentioned I just needed to help and I would be quick. He then said " we are closing in 5 min." He would not open the gate. I pulled to the parking space and waited. When I saw the Uhaul pull up to the gate and I saw my sister in law trying to open the gate to get out, she couldn't. THE OWNERS LOCKED THEM INSIDE. There gate code would not work. This resulted in my husband calling the police because they would not let them out. After my husband mentioning that a police officer would be on this way, they finally opened the gate. On there website it shows the storage hours are until 5:45pm! We were out by 5:35, this whole ordeal prolonged the situation when all we needed was 10 min! And they weren't even closed yet. Worst customer service and a bunch of liars. My husband did return the following day to apologize because that's common courtesy, he had to return to gather belongings in he storage unit. HE STILL MOVED ALL OUR STIFF TO ANOTHER STORAGE UNIT. read more

Anyone looking for a self storage place, I highly recommend this one. Originally, we only planned on storing our stuff for a couple of months...now, four years later, and we're still here. The prices are very reasonable, property is well maintained, bathrooms are always clean, management is very friendly, and theres always cold water in the office next to a bowl of chocolate bars! Most of all, your valuables are safe and it's conveniently located right off the 405 fwy and Euclid. All in all, best Storage Place in town! read more

We have used this storage unit for 15 years. Donna and Joe have been awesome to work with and are flexible, nice and accommodating. We closed our construction company and moved out of California so we vacated our space and said our farewells. These folks will take good Care of you and we always felt our expensive tools were safe. Donna and Joe are super friendly, professional and helpful! I was needing a unit in a short time frame and went to visit to see the space sizes just before renting. Joe was extremely patient with me by showing me a couple different sizes and gave his best recommendation on what size would work best for my things. Boy am I glad I listened to him because I would have gotten the wrong size had he not been so helpful! Every time I went in to pay or ask a question Donna was very helpful! This has to be the worst storage facility on the planet. And I'm pretty sure i have hated everyone i have ever had to use, but a least the rest of them never "mysteriously" had there security alarm and gate "turned off for weeks" at a time. My fathers and I had a large storage unit FULL of construction equipment that took 25 years to accumulate. And when we went to get a few things a couple days ago the lock was cut off and just hanging there. & 90% of it was GONE!!! And there was a lot of large equipment that would have take an EXTRA LARGE TRUCK several trips back and forth to steel that much equipment!!! And there answer was "well our gate was broken last couple weeks". They never once said sorry, let me see what we can do to help... The worst part about this is we have to try and remember everything thats missing, and just when you think you have it all done. We will be watching TV and remember a few more things and have to start looking around to see if it was stolen too. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANYTHING THAT I HAVE PAID FOR IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! I should have just used one of the larger storage facilities that have a real security alarm system. Now the next couple weekends going to all surrounding business to check there security footage to try and find the thief's because i know the police department will just write it up and move on. And so far it looks like this "storage place" doesn't give a shit because they probably were in on it and needed the cash. EVERYONE BEWARE!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place even if they were offering to pay you to use there storage!! Go to a BIG box brand!!! read more
