Update: Regional Manager called my partner back. Said she meant to call sooner but was caught up with meetings and called him on her day off? Why does it matter if it's your day off, and how does that pertain to your follow up? Point blank, she said staff there reviewed camera didn't see anything. There is no camera shot on the backside of the units. Does not explain how our things were stolen in the storage unit we were paying every month. Makes me think you have faulty cameras, no cameras or this was done INTERNALLY. There is no other explanation. The backside of the storage should have had a sensor alarm. No sensor alarm was there. The lock was picked, and it's sad all we received from this business is a bunch of lies and our things stolen. read more
