We had our company party here on 6/14/17 and I enjoyed it a lot. Lively atmosphere with awesome bowling lanes and the laser tag was awesome. Shoes were clean, and the food was good. We were invited to a party with some friends and family, and felt we had to attend. The entire place was clean and staff friendly. The bowling was fine, but the shoes were garbage. I understand the ease of Velcro closures, but the fit was worse than any other bowling shoe I've ever seen. We had to eat so we ventured onto the burger side of the menu. After checking in for bowling they said about an hour and a half wait. I needed 2 lanes. After 2 hours of waiting half of my party had to leave so I went back to the counter and told the I only need one lane and I still had to wait another 20 min. Kinda seems like a scam for you to hang around to spend more money, especially cuz I've seen a bunch of lanes not being used for well over a half an hour. read more

Enjoyable place to take the kids. I love the summer bowling for kids and the family plan. The food is good. Suggestion more nachos for the price. The pizza is tasty and the boys love the fries and veggie sticks. They have great deals, and that is when we go as we have a big family. Love that they are nice and the manager checks on people. First off have to say thank you to Ian and Dennis. After having to move lanes and all of our food which was total inconvenience for my party, they went and compensated my group with $60 game passes for my group. Thank you for making up for that. We decided to try this place out for our date night last night. We both had a blast! Friendly service all around (except the lady bartender), good hot wings, great arcade games for family and multiplayer challenges. The laser tag is awesome - two floors and very clean new equipment. Bowling looked fun and futuristic and even had couches for spectators but we didn't have time to bowl. We recommend going during the happy hour deals so the food, drinks and activities are more reasonably priced. Check out their website for a FREE $10 pass to the arcade games, just show the pass on your phone. Overall a great place for adults to hang out and families to bring kids. Really disappointed. Been here for two hours. Paid to bowl and not one wait staff came to ask for an order. The bar was understaffed with one bartender and waiting without a line took 20 min alone. On a Monday night at that! Went up to wait staff to ask if they could serve our table or have someone by. I got "ill be buy in just a minuet". Hour later nothing. Went through three games of bowling because we already paid for it. Wont be back. Best part. Next day have a $25 charge on my card. I started a tab and paid out in cash instead. We got charged on the card too! Never signed a receipt for a card. This place blows. I will never go there again. read more

First time here since under the new name. Went bowling this time. It did seem pricey as the other reviews have stated but to be fair I don't go bowling to know what other places charge. I think if going as a group the price would be more reasonable but for families it makes for an expensive but fun night. Kids had the pizza and no complaints. Love this place! My wife and I visited this place for the first time to celebrate a cousins birthday and had a blast. They have all kinds of zones of entertainment. Ranging from the huge array of games, to the pool tables, to the laser tag arena, to the huge bowling alley in the back. It was such an awesome experience. Heard about this place as I was planning a trip to Great Wolf Lodge. I signed up online to recive a $10 coupon which as of this review I still have yet to receive. I did however get an email with a coupon for $15 off $50. After waiting in line I show the coupon to the guy at the counter who wasn't sure what it was valid for so I proceeded to read the fine print. Not believing me, he calls the manager over and ask him what I can use the coupon for. Manger says food and bowling. I'm like uh ok that's not what the fine print says. I have 3 antsy kids who just want to play laser tag. I ended up getting the 4 laser tag passes and $10 game cards $59.99. Laser tag was fun. The games are $.75-5 per game. Of course the kids run through their money quickly. We go to reload the cards. One cashier with a line. Manager comes over then proceeds to walk away. Like who does that? I don't mind spending extra cash it the service is good. You better believe the next time we're in the area I'll have my kids play at Great Wolf Lodge. At least I know the people are happy to have my money. read more

Only been in CO Springs for a few months and thought this would be a great place to enjoy some family time. Great potential, but not worth the money. Spent ~$250 for 1.5 hours of bowling and food for 6. Food is way over priced for a bowling alley and the ordering process is klunky and slow. The real thing that ruined the experience was the fact that they let a family group of at least 15 pack into one lane. On the website, you can only register 6, but the lane allows 8? Needless to say, our remaining hour of bowling time was completely obliterated by the 15 people bowling next to us. The management didn't seem to care that others' experience and money was being completely hijacked. So if sacrificing the repeat business of paying customers for the 15 that only paid for 8 and ordered pitchers of water is worth it, good luck Summit! read more

What an experience..... Went to a birthday party here to find out they double booked the room. Brought half the food on time. Never apologized or offered to make it right. . Then to top it all off they charge a improvement fee!! When I asked about this, the first time I was told it is Colorado springs. . Wrong!! It's the private developer and the retailer charging the customer for coming to their establishment...what a crock!!! I will not support any business condoning such tactics. Then I was approached by the general manager who brought along a security guard! Apparently if you question them , you must be some kind of a threat. . Horrible customer service! Maybe this will get the attention of the management since they can't return calls to anyone and avoid contact at all when a complaint is made. I took 16 people to this place with our kids to bowl and play games. We spent in excess of $700 whole there and were double charged for our bowling as i was told to hold the lanes it has to be on a card and that it wouldnt be charged the full amount of I wanted to pay cash as i wasnt paying for everyone. We triple checked that the bowling was covered with the staff by all parties with us and several people were assured this was taken care of by different employees and the next day they charged my card as well. We wont be going here again and im sure the other 12 plus adults in our party will drop their versions of the story. read more

Have you ever been to Main Event? Well Interquest Summit is basically its little brother. This place is a scaled down version of Main Event with a small arcade, laser tag, bowling alley, bar, and a restaurant. Prices are pretty comparable to Main Event although this place does have a happy hour for bowling which makes it pretty affordable if you are on a budget. Overall a much needed spot for the Springs especially when you need something to do on a cold night. read more

Their prices are high unless you have a summer pass or are doing their door buster. But the staff is friendly, the place is clean, you can always find a bowling ball that is the right size for you. My family and I have been enjoying the summit for years. We've even enjoyed league bowling here which was awesome. Unfortunately, leadership needs a change. Recently our family came out for a fun day of bowling and my brother, who dresses down a bit in a black hoodie and black jeans, was accused of sneaking alcohol into the establishment. This was no doubt profiling. Not only is he a recovering alcoholic and doesn't drink, at all, but he would never do something like that. When my brother explained himself, management mentioned calling the cops. Needless to say, we left immediately and will be boycotting this place.
