I initially heard about Chasing Vanity through one of their promotions, which they run pretty frequently, and honestly, it's probably one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the med spa downstairs and Ashton, who is absolutely marvelous. I've been getting IPL treatments to help with hyperpigmentation, and it was honestly the treatment I didn't even know I needed. I get SO many compliments on how good my skin looks now! Ashton is amazing at what she does, but what I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares. I could literally sit there and chat with her for hours. She's incredibly knowledgeable, practices cautiously, and never makes me feel like she's trying to push anything on me. She overfoiled and made more work for herself and ended up taking almost 5 hours for just a highlight and tone and simple blowout. I wanted lived in piecey golden honey highlights and left with very ashy strawberry blonde almost all over color. I couldn't really say much because to fix it would have taken even longer and now I've also noticed my hair feeling extremely dry and damaged. I know that I got an extreme discount using classpass but I'm really disappointed with my result and experience.
