Their sign also say there is an extra charge for "same day" service not overnight service. It was my first time and last time going there. I like to support local businesses but not this one. And by the way their listing shows in business for 10+ years. Its a lie. They are new at this location. Its why they only have 39 (now 40) reviews. I've been going to other businesses in that complex for years. There were not there.

However, I had two incidents where they supposedly had to charge me a debit card fee!!! One time, the man told me the minimum to use my debit card was $15! My shirts are only $7. I explained to him I didn't have cash and I also told him there was nowhere in the place where it said minimum card purchase was $15! He said he he had to charge me and we started arguing about until he said ok and didn't charge me a fee! Then again, same incident happens with the lady there a few days ago. My total was $7 and again she said she had to charge me $1 fee because I didn't have exact amount. I immediately asked her what the minimum charge was and this time she said $12. Still no signage of this anywhere in place! I did google this and this is NOT LEGAL! There should not be minimum fee charges that exceeds $10!!!! So I don't know what kind of games they are playing there but if it happens again I will file a complaint with BBB!

Today I see the second pillow sewing is also coming apart. I brought it back and there's a gentleman there who was so rude!! He refused to fix it. I showed him where it was their thread and repair and he still would not fix. Then to top it off he accused me of running some pillow sewing scheme!! He said I don't know how many of these pillows you have at your house and I'm fixing for free! Meanwhile they know very well their thread and how they repaired it. So upsetting. I can hand sew but I'm a mom who works full time, does the homeschooling, and like everyone I have a lot of stress due to the pandemic. After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. DO NOT COME HERE!!
