We eat here often. The happy hour prices can't be beat! The staff is very accommodating , if you want something that is not currently on the belt, they will make it for you. Good place and ok sushi.... This is our 2nd visit there and though they go through the same things and do very similar dishes as every other place....their flavors are as good as other places. Don't get me wrong... Good sushi for a good price, especially for a quick meal... But if I was taking the wife out for a romantic/special dinner... I'd go elsewhere. But if let's say I was doing a lunch, or eating on my own or with friend's who like it loud and needing a quick bite to eat... This place would be more than ample. Gave it 4 stars. pros: nice place, clean, good service, quick off the menu ordering, and both times we visited they had plenty of choices on the conveyer belt. Cons: seating good but just a bit to much on the high side for shorter folks though still comfortable. Overall, a good place for a meal. read more

I have been here several times and never had a problem! I actually love their food. I went last night at 8:30, so it was still an hour before closing. There wasn't much left in the belt, and even if there was, I usually always order yakisoba. The guy took our drink order and brought our drinks and then we were ignored the rest of the time. (My son and I) and he is 5 so he kept saying where's my food? I don't like fish, but I love the veggie sushi and sauce, and my son always orders the spring rolls and gyoza. Every time I've been here before, if something you want is not on the belt, they let you order it and make it fresh. I seriously waited 15 minutes for them to come take my order, and there was four people working, and only one other couple in there. It's not like they didn't see me. I'm just really disappointed because this is one of my favorite restaurants. I had no choice to get up and leave, I felt they were extremely rude and didn't want to make any more food. They should've said that when I walked in and then I could've made the choice to leave or stay. I got up and paid for my sons apple juice and even asked, "are you closed at 9?" The food is good and thats the only reason I keep going back. The customer service needs a little work. I can sit and ask for two things (water and eel sauce) they bring water and leave. When I ask for the eel sauce they give me an eye roll and eventually bring it to me. I am not one to complain but this happens EVERY TIME I go in there. read more

If you know your sushi then this might be the place for you. I don't eat a lot of sushi and this place has sushi plates going around and around on a conveyor belt. By the time you see something that might look good and then look down at your menu, the food is long gone on the conveyor belt. Just stopped in after shopping. Their happy hour is 2 until 4:30. Everything was delicious. I can't have fake crab because it f the wheat in it but there were good choices otherwise. They said everyday they choose one special and make it at happy hour. Today was the Pasco. It was as great. We ate more than a snack. Lol. Looking forward to going back. read more
