I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.

The only thing I wish was different is that the bread was not as crusty, but that is a personal preference because I like the butter to saturate the lobster and the bread. The bread is made in house- which makes mildly forgive the harder crust. ;-) The bartender we had was Chris. He was super attentive to all the other patrons and even tried to adjust the TV to the program some of them were hoping to watch. Our drinks were made with care and were efficiently delivered.
