Great ribs, and hamburgers, kids got seconds on the fried cheese - friendly and helpful staff. We will be back.

    Thanks for the frisbee!

Giving this place five stars but wish I could give more. We stopped unannounced with a group of 15 on a Sunday morning and they were more than accommodating. The wait staff were all as nice as can be, very helpful and quick to take our orders correctly and delivered the food hot and in a reasonable amount of time. Kept our drinks filled. Place was clean. Owner gave all our kids frisbee's and adults a pen/screwdriver combo tool. Food was cooked to order and perfect. Stop here if you're in the area. Me, when I'm down this way again I will go out of my way to eat here.

    two plates of breakfast food

We (group of 11) arrived Sunday morning after a float trip. When we arrived there was a group of 12 that had just walked in. We ordered our drinks and had them very fast they made us fresh coffee. Food came out in less than 25 mins. Biscuits and gravy was great omelets were great French toast was very good. There was more food with no complaints.

Excellent home-cooked food and service, and generous portions. I've enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner there during my visits to Noel.

Average diner food. Very friendly staff and good service. I wished I had tried fried cheese on the menu.

Looking for a new and fun place to meet up for this latest trip, we stumbled across The Bruncheonette in Yelp. Sooooo thankful we did. It's located at the northern edge of downtown Joplin on main street. It's a small quaint place with both on and off-street parking. We could tell immediately that we'd made a popular choice based upon the large number of cars and folks waiting to get a seat. The hostess welcomed us just outside the front door and us we'd be seated shortly. She was great and very nice to chat with. We had to wait outside a short bit before we were escorted inside. The space and seating is limited for sure. There are tables as well as some bar-style seating along the edges of the restaurant. The environment was busy, fun and lively. Our granddaughter loved all the action. The person who escorted us in then actually took the extra time to explain their menu and options, which are posted on boards above the checkout counter. The menu is limited and made up of a combo of traditional lunch/brunch items. But they are all done with a unique and delicious flair. Sort of a twist on the traditional bunch options. All of us enjoyed our meals. We had breakfast street tacos, a salmon cake eggs Benedict special, French toast, the fruit plate and a pancake. All of the portions were good sized, ingredients fresh and tasted great. They even went the extra step to bring our granddaughter some fried cheese to munch on. Very kind. I also got a laugh out of the fun pictures in the bathroom as well. Hilarious. The restaurants location allowed us to enjoy a stroll around the downtown area afterward brunch. Great place, great staff. We now have a new "meet-up" spot in Joplin!

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and asked if we had visited before. When we said no, the chef walked us through the menu, highlighting their locally sourced ingredients. I ordered the pancakes because I was eager to try the house-made syrup--and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My husband went with the pulled pork pancakes and loved them. We also tried the carrot fries, which were delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

We were early for the season. We had excellent service from Kristen who was very friendly, informative, and attentive. I had the chicken topped with all of topping, odd goat cheese, and balsamic drizzle. It was fabulous. Also liked the mashed potatoes. My husband enjoyed the creamy Gorgonzola pasta dish with caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes. There were several good looking desserts, but we were too full to try any. Ambience fairly simple but a row of cute lamps lining the shelf up above. There's a small restaurant area as well as a bar area. Some tables outside, but it was too cool for us to try that. Great place in Eureka Springs.

The food matches the setting. The crab cakes are better than most places--crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and not overly heavy. The cobb salad is a standout too--loaded with a great mix of toppings (definitely check the pic), fresh, and actually filling. The meatball & grits were solid, and the wedge fries on the side hit the spot--simple but done right. This is an easy, go-to lunch spot whether you're taking a break from exploring downtown or wrapping up a day walking around. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and a perfect place to slow things down for a bit.

The brunch menu is available from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm as is everything but the dinner menu that begins at 4:00 pm each day. I ordered the Lump Crab Cakes and found they were very good and had real fresh carb meat ingredients. We ordered the Smash burger with cheese and fresh fried onions and steak fries. I ordered the ground bison Smothered Steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy and green beans. Both dishes were very good and everything was all fresh made. We certainly will be back for an evening menu trip as well as the brunch menu. You must give this local restaurant a try as you will not be disappointed. Piss poor service today, Speedy's Chophouse Reserved a table for 4 at 11 this morning and there was no reservation upon arrival. Had to ask another waitress to take our drink order after 7 minutes of waiting (drink order should've been taken when we were seated by our waitress) Drinks were only refilled when asked (waitress should be eyeing the table with EVERY PASS) Had to track our waitress down after over 10 minutes of waiting to pay. Hard to spend money and support a local business when the customer service is sub-par.
