Got me some tamales from this place. I got me a pork tamale and took a nice bite into it to let me taste buds do the talking. These tamales are real mid, they also got some unexplained aftertaste that I couldn't put my finger on. Overall it's just your average tamale you can pretty much find at a Mexican spot. They answered all my question and provided me with details. I ordered a cake for my son's 1st birthday, I showed them a picture of what I liked and what I wanted. Very good service and very good bread. When I went to pick up my cake I was impressed that they did exactly the same design of the picture I showed them. Everyone loved the cake. I gave 4 stars because the cake was super delicious, cashier was very friendly BUT my 1/2 sheet had a visible line from the two pictured sheets that were together. Baker said that they had to do it like that because the sheet/picture was too big for one printable sheet. Problem was that my son's name wasn't together - it read different. I usually order from a private baker but she wasnt available and this bakery had good reviews. I still paid $150 for that cake because I value people's work but learned my lesson .She fixed it on the spot but I wish they would tell customers first about this issue to avoid any surprises when picking up the cake. Also, there was no cover to take the cake out. Did I say that the cake was delicious? Because it was! Chocolate bread , very moist with banana and strawberries.

Got me some tamales from this place. I got me a pork tamale and took a nice bite into it to let me taste buds do the talking. I ordered a cake for my niece's birthday and I also showed the owner a picture of a cake that I wanted her to make and she said no problem. Well when I picked up the cake it was not the way I wanted it. Her daughter was working the cash register and I asked her to call her mother i spoke with the owner and asked her happened to cake all she did was give me excuses she didn't even have her husband fixed the cake. Her husband carry the cake to my car and it was leaking blue dye, and the box was basically full of dye inside. They didn't even change the box . They Just give me the cake knowing it was dripping dye. I would never recommend anybody to that bakery. The cake was supposed to be tres Leche, the cake tasted soggy. It was a mess. I was so embarrassed. Thank goodness I put some towels under the cake box. By the time I arrived home my two towels were soaked in blue dye of the cake frosting. I had such a horrible experience. The owner should be embarrassed of herself. I paid $150 for that cake and it was not worth it not one penny of it. read more

I had my 30th birthday cake from here. It was really pretty and inexpensive for the size. My only complaint was that it was not ready by the time we had scheduled and I kept going back and forth with the cake decorator for the color. I thought we had established that but I appreciated that she was being very meticulous about her job. read more

I came across this bakery through TikTok, I saw the videos being made & decided to go & support the business ! First impression it looked like your local trustworthy bakery so I knew it was going to be a hit! Only reason why I decided to make it 4 out of 5 stars was because the lady working at the front counter was rude, seemed like she didn't want to work today or something. She wasn't welcoming or in a happy mood. On the contrary there was a man in the back making the bread and even he greeted me with a smile which was nice! There were trays and tongs both on the counter and on top of a shelf I wasn't sure which ones to grab or which were clean so I waited until she came out from the back to ask her which ones would I be able to grab her response in Spanish was "I guess you can take these" but with a straight face. I proceeded to grab my pan dulce, which by the way they have a bunch of options which all looked delicious & they have cakes there was well. Once I was finished I headed to the counter and she was helping me check out. No conversation no smile nothing. Told me my total asked me if I was paying cash or card I told her card and she added a $1 fee which is okay but she didn't let me know only reason I saw was after I tapped my phone that I said the $1 added fee. She gave me my bag again no smile no eye contact. She wasn't pleasant and it made my experience a bit down since I was so excited to try this place out. But other than that keep up the TikTok videos & the amazing pan dulce !! read more

Honestly the service is a hit or miss but that would not stop me from coming here because even when it's not the sweetest lady helping the others are also kind. It's a small shop and it's good to know what you're going for but if you don't you won't feel rushed. Their cakes are good but their tamales de pollo are what keeps my son asking for this spot. These are good and sometimes saucier which comes like an extra treat. read more

I called within a week of our event and they were able to schedule us in for a half sheet cake. Price was not bad. The lady that took our order was super friendly and advised us that half sheet was enough for 60 people, which it definitely was. The cake was ready as promised. The taste? It was good but I did expect it to be better. We opted for the tres leches option and it wasn't as juicy as I would've liked it to be. The decoration was also not the greatest...it was pretty plain. All in all, we will be trying another location next time around. read more

We drove about 40 minutes to try these tasty treats. We took a cooler bag with frozen gel packs to get it home and they put our cupcakes and pastries in plain brown boxes (like that of in and out burger) that don't account for the height of the treats, so the boxes won't close completely. I asked about it but they had no alternatives. The lady serving us also tried to overload one box. I had to ask her to separate them and they still didn't fit. The end result was that by the time we got home, 3 were smashed, the boxes already had several marks of the treats soaking all the way through. This is specifically why I asked for a proper cupcake/pastries container because otherwise part of the frosting/treat oils are lost in transit making for a bit of a dried out texture by the time you get to try them. (For us, only about 55 minutes) This place is excellent if you plan to eat right away. Sweet Tooth, please fix your packaging for those who come a long ways to see you! and you would be 5 stars all day long.

You can also buy other items but these are the only products I have tried. First I'll start off with the tamales-- the photos are from my purchase because I completely forgot to take pictures while I was there. I ordered 6 of each kind, they have 4 kind to choose from jalapeño with cheese, red pork, green chicken, and corn (sweeter side). They were all so good, freshly made and packed with deliciousness inside each tamale. My favorite one is the jalapeño with cheese they were spicy but not an overwhelming heat. Honestly it had just enough heat to enjoy and taste it. They all were great and not dry at all. The service was amazing, they always have long lines and at times it can be wrapped around the building. The staff has a great system in place allowing the wait time to be about 6-8 minutes long from start to finish (10 minutes on a busy day). If you are wise don't go alone and have someone tag along. One person to get in line while the other parks-- then one person to get Mexican bread while the other waits in line for the tamales. The inside has a small feel to it only because of the amount of customers they have at any given time. I walked in with what seemed like a short line, only for it to feel smaller in a matter of minutes with many more customers arriving. Overall I would recommend to try them out and see how great they are. Lastly, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful !

Cheese with jalapeño: 8.5/10 good and wish it had more chile Pork: 7/10 needed more salt in our opinion. However, did have a good amount of meat. Also, needed a little more sauce. The boys ordered picked out some pan Dulce and enjoyed them as well. We will definitely be back for a tamale craving.

I saw they had a few pan dulce selections, but it seemed like everyone there was mainly there for the tamales, like me. The line was long, and it only got busier after I left. I picked up my tamales and immediately tried one when I got home, and OMG, WAS I SURPRISED! The tamales came individually wrapped and were SO moist, generously filled with meat, and the flavor was on point!! I got a dozen (half pork and half chicken), which turned out to be $30. I 1000% will be back for their tamales and might try their pan dulce next time.

I ordered a cake on Thursday July 21st to pick up today Tuesday July 26th everything was going smooth up until today something was a little off with the lady that works there I don't know what her problem is but when I came in this morning she was very grumpy all I did was ask her was my cake ready she told me what cake what is your name very aggressively I told her my name she went to go look and she said I did not place a order on that date I have a receipt stating that I already purchased the cake to be made so to not further escalation of this problem I asked for a refund so I may go she told me there is no refund and I said why is that when I purchased the cake and never received it so now I have to rush to the store to go purchase a cake and write happy birthday to my son that is 5 years old cake that I purchased but did not receive a cake. And also I will be seeking legal help to receive my refund I would urge anyone do not place a order at this establishment beware!!! read more

Yo I just got the worst attitude!!! from the older lady that works here. I am so shocked how I was treated by just coming to pick up my cake. I'm the one that should be upset that my cake looks horrible absolutely horrible. There has to be someone in management that knows what's going on in this place. First of all my three layer cake that I ordered is dang near falling apart. This is not acceptable no way will I ever ever come here again my money is lost and I have no time to order a new one just horrible dude.
