Very friendly and accommodated our request even if I had the design changed multiple times. Very reasonable price too! Only thing is, the day of the pickup, I felt like our cake and cupcakes were rushed... some parts of the cake seem smudged and I thought it was weird that the back part of the cake didn't have frosting. She told me before picking up that she needed more time to let the cupcakes chill for a few more minutes and that the buttercream is almost set.. Sure enough, the event just started and the cake started to fall off..

Cake was beautiful and tasted amazing! Got many compliments on it. She was wonderful to work with and very patient with all of my questions. Will definitely order from her again!

Within the hour I was emailing Francine back and forth giving her FULL creativity just stating I would like it to celebrate three people, have it be a marble flavored cake, with whipped frosting... and let me tell you she did not disappoint! The cake was everything we wanted and more, not only did it look amazing it also tasted great! The cake was moist and the decor was on point! Oh my goodness, the cake design was beautiful. Some details and make with love , care, and perfection. Not only that the cake itself was phenomenal, most and absolutely delicious. I needed a smash cake for my niece's first birthday party, and it was the week before. Francine came to my rescue... she chatted with me over the phone, gave recommendations (vanilla frosting on the outside might be most palatable for a baby, and it's their cake to enjoy!) and had so many flavor options. I went with a flamingo-themed pineapple-flavored cake. The party was outside of her delivery range, so I opted to pick it up and she was right on time and willing to accommodate my schedule however she could. The cake was absolutely gorgeous! Francine was so warm and kind, welcoming me like a family member. My friends LOVED the cake, and it looked amazing in photos. Not to mention it was delicious! I was looking for a last minute cake for my sons birthday. Unfortunately due to how close I needed the cake (today) no one would do it. Then I saw Francine's reviews and decided to contact her, she got back to me right away! She was willing to do it for me, her prices a very reasonable. I told her exactly what I needed and she made it come to life for my son's cake. Not only are her cakes beautiful, but they taste amazing! The cake is so moist and flavorful, dark chocolate with vanilla buttercream and milk chocolate ganache. This would have been my first experience with the cake factory. Our friends daughter was turning 7 and the family had ordered a Hello Kitty cake to be delivered to the venue by 1:45 pm. The mom was so excited as the cake she ordered was to be the perfect completion to the party. Since the venue was allowing 2 hours for the birthday room, time was not flexible. Mom phoned the cake factory to be told they had been running errands but the order was done and would arrive in 20 minutes. 1 hour later Mom called back to be told that they were doing finishing touches. Moms next call was not answered. This was a cake that was pre paid for $100.00. When the party was asked to clean up, her 7 Yesr old daughter was so sad... no cake. I would not do business with this company. Very unprofessional. read more

I was desperate since a well known cake shop was not able to get back to me after several attempts. So last minute, less than 1 week I text Francine and she responded same day! You have not had cake until you taste a Cake Factory Lemon cake with gel filling, I am dreaming of the next time I will sink my taste buds into this phenomenal non-dairy whip cream topping and popping citrus lemon moist, light not too sweet not to tart, my mouth is watering.... The Cake Factory delivered a very pleasant surprise. I contacted Francine to order a German Chocolate Cake for Valentines Day thinking it was two days away. To my surprise she informed me it was actually the next day. Francine said she was going to be super busy filling orders for Valentines Day for people that had there orders in on time . I guess she heard the desperation in my voice and decided to come to my rescue. Not only did she agree to make the Cake for me she said she would do it that day and deliver it to my home as well. Francine delivered one of the most delicious and moist German Chocolate Cakes that I've ever tasted. She was sweet, professional and I would definitely use her again. Our experience was beyond amazing! Excellent customer service. The response time from Francine on prices and availability is clear and has free. Francine conducts such a professional business but with such a kind and warm touch. We received so many compliments on the beautiful decor and quality of desserts. We ordered a banana smash cake and vanilla, lemon and chocolate cupcakes for my daughter's 1st birthday. I found The Cake Factory when looking for a cake for a last minute birthday party I threw for my daughter. I sent my inspiration pictures and Francine absolutely delivered. It was gorgeous and she was so helpful answering questions and getting me a quote quickly. Day of, she delivered to my home and set it up so it looked perfect for the party. It was a hit at the party with many asking for another serving. The price point was more than reasonable and size of the cake was beyond what we imagined. They all looked so yummy! In the end, I walked out with a Nutella donut and a Fruity Pebbles donut. I usually find that bakeries and donut shops selling these types of specialty donuts tend to upcharge or be fairly expensive. However, the donuts here were reasonably priced! BROWN BUTTER MISO (syrup) Butter Miso syrup with splash of whole milk. Ordered it as a latte and iced, but later changed it to splash of milk. It was slightly sweet. The coffee was not strong. Thought it would be espresso, but it was regular brewed whatever coffee. The syrup was not as good as they said it was. A light caramel flavor, but it kind of disappears as you drink it. The splash of milk even drowned out the coffee flavor! There's no miso or salted caramel or butterscotch flavor. None whatsoever. I did love this drink one bit! As the ice melts, all the coffee and caramel flavors disappear with it. They said this was their popular flavor too. Really? Now I'm confused. MATCHA COCONUT Coconut water + Matcha cold foam. Clean flavor, not as sweet. Mostly coconut water with light matcha flavor. If you don't want a heavy drink, this may be the drink for you. This was a far better drink than the brown butter miso coffee I had. COFFEE STAMP CARD I was given a stamp card after my order. So ask for one if you did not receive it yet. After 10 stamps, you get a free drink of your choice. AMBIANCE + SEATS It is located inside the senior center, so the furniture does give off that vibe. It is welcoming though. Indoor and outdoor seats available. There's an exit right where the cafe is, so you can walk to the outdoor seating area, but not sure if everyone can access it. I saw there was an group activity happening there, so I did not enter. There are small tables and seats indoors, as well as a large, round sofa in the middle of the cafe where people can sit and enjoy their drinks. CUSTOMER SERVICE Really friendly, lots of smiles and great customer service. LOCATION Inside the Fontana Community Senior Center. Please look for the Paperboy sign as you walk inside. It will be to your right. PARKING Large parking lot. Lots of space and shaded parking spots too. Given my coffee experience, not sure if I would return. I might give them one more try before I quit, but I won't return anytime soon.

I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.
