While my boyfriend was on the phone with them resolving the issue, The app would not refresh the page and I swore. apparently my use of the F word in my own home on my day off, as a paying customer, was enough for him to ask to speak to me and tell me that I could not swear and it was not acceptable. I even verified what he said and asked " did you really just tell me what I can and cannot say in my own home on my day off?" his response: "yes" This would be different if I were at the store, or clocked in, but I was not. Unless they want to pay the staff around the clock, telling me what language I use at home is simply not gonna happen. I would also like to add that PJ couldnt pick me from a line up as he has never worked with me, I have only seen him in passing. The only reason he would have known it was me was because the order was under my name. luckily for me, This is a side hustle job and not my main source of income. So I quit. Was it blown out of proportion for me to quit over that? probably. was it worth it? yes. My only regret is that I actually did enjoy this job. But none of that is attributed to the owner. All of that is the people who are there every day working their ASSES off. you guys are all A plus!

The fish was cooked nicely, but the very high price was very much not warranted. I can get crispier and lower priced cod closer to home, so just can't justify the trip for the fish fry. But then there was dessert. I'm always looking to recreate a favorite (late) childhood dessert that involved brandy infused ice cream. I always ask at a Friday Fish Fry if they can make a Brandy Alexander that's thick enough you need a spoon. They claimed this to be the case, and they did not disappoint. This was a delicious Brandy Alexander and definitely worth a trip back. So, while I wasn't crazy about my overpriced, non-crispy fish fry, I still enjoyed myself and enjoyed my food... I'm glad we came and tried it out, and if you're looking for a nice supper club spot, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
