I came here cus I seen the reviews online raving about the food and service. Unfortunately for me the food was a 3/10 it's not fresh they keep the meat already prepared in containers full of grease. I ordered 4 tacos al pastor with everything on it, When I received my food it was kind of cold and had so much grease I felt like I was going to puke. However, the service is 10/10. The girls working there are very friendly and I know that food is not in their control. The line was long and the ladies working their made sure to interact with everyone in line and letting them know they would be right with them. Haven't been to the Glendora Public Market in almost 2 years, was surprised to see that some places were gone and new restaurants replaced them. The Taco Man has always been there and I haven't tried them yet so I got a campechana burrito. It was huge! First bite was great, but I wanted a little heat so I asked for green salsa. The little container was small but the girl said if I need more just come back. We were seated at the table just to the left of their booth. Bout halfway through the burrito I did run out, but the girl was more than happy to help me with more. Despite being huge, I did finish it. Thought for sure I was gonna need to take it home and throw it on a bed of lettuce and make a taco salad for later. My husband got the tacos but said the shredded white cheese on top, while the towering presentation looked appealing, he said there was just too much and he could barely taste the taco. Love this place so much! The portions are really good and the food is fresh. We got the nachos, and it was more then enough for 2 people to eat. The Taco meat was flavorful and juicy. The atmosphere here was cafeteria style. There wasn't a lot of seating but what they had was spaced out and clear. There was a sanitizer dispenser next to the register. Came here for a Yelp event. We tried the nachos, carne asada tacos and el pastor tacos. The tacos are pretty good. I liked the pastor better than carne asada. Pastor was juicy and it had a nice piece of pineapple on top which made it super yummy. Carne asada was decent but on the dry side. I stopped by this place to get a Jarritos soda. The two girls working were extremely rude ignored me and proceeded to talk about whatever they were talking about. Another worker walked in a man wearing a mask he said something to the girls and pointed in my direction, the girls then said something back and pointed in my direction also, so now I have 3 employees ignoring me so I just walked away without making a purchase just a waste of 5 minutes.. people like this is the reason all these places are closing. Super duper yummy! Their flavor of the verne asada is legit like you'd get down in Baja even the avocado sauce. Their nachos are big enough to share for sure. Wanted to try this place out. I got two Tijuana style tacos, and one Sonora style, and medium drink, total cost $16 and some change. The lady brings me my food and I'm a surprised that the tacos are small. They looked delicious and tasted great, but at $3.95 a taco I expected a regular size taco and not the small taquero size. Had to explain my order twice to the girl taking my order. She still got my order wrong. Went back to let them know that the order was incorrect. They still got the order incorrect. Just to clarify the order was simple: 2 asada tacos with onion and cilantro and 1 Al Pastor taco with NO onion and cilantro. The second girl didn't take the time to make the order correct. My dates order was incorrect also but she was too annoyed to get it corrected. I'm all for small businesses but not when they blatantly disregard quality and customer service. I would have understood if they were busy with online orders and a long line but having sat there and watched the restaurant, it was not busy at all. Food tastes good but the workers are just lazy.
