You weren't there. He was asked to come back for another suit the day of the wedding which it was impossible he wasn't going to miss his daughter's wedding. It should of been perfect since it was picked up. We do not live around the corner. Your staff took wrong measurements of him and didn't want to admit they didn't do their job correctly. Kept trying to blame the costumer which means you might need to hire new experience and professional staff. There's no way my dad would of fit into an XL pants size when he's a 32x32.

The…read moregown arrived in early summer 2026, but the bustle was never demonstrated during my initial try-on. At my bustling appointment three weeks before my wedding, we discovered the extreme weight of the bustled train pulled the entire dress down my body. Whether sitting, standing, walking, or dancing, the dress fell repeatedly during a brief 30-minute fitting. To pull it back up, I had to unbutton, unzip, and reset the entire gown every few minutes--completely unviable for an 8+ hour wedding day. The seamstress proposed adding satin straps, removing the train entirely, or adding a seatbelt/waist stay. The waist stay had to be fastened so tightly I couldn't take a deep breath, and removing the train or adding unmatched straps fundamentally altered the dress design while adding extra costs. Additionally, during my original appointment with my stylist, Mercedes, I explicitly stated I would not buy the dress unless an extra lining layer could be added to smooth my hip area. Mercedes assured me it was possible and had me order a size 6. During alterations, Theresa let the hips out, but I was then informed adding the requested extra layer was actually impossible, leaving me with an unresolvable fit issue. Left with no viable wedding gown three weeks out, I had to wear my cocktail dress for our formal Catholic ceremony. The seamstress stated nothing more could be done. While Shirley and Theresa were polite in trying to find solutions, management communication stalled. On September 10th, I was told the owners were on vacation and would address it upon return. My wedding has passed, and I was left without a dress or a resolution before my big day. I expected Mercedes to consider the gown's weight relative to my thin frame. My unworn gown remains at the salon. Because I require all documentation in writing moving forward, I cannot accept phone calls.
