I've never posted a negative review, but in this case it was well warranted... Some people may have been lucky and had good experiences here, but I did not, beware: if Enoch makes a mistake, his stance is that the customer is always wrong. I brought in expensive technical motorcycle gear with explicit, printed instructions and reference photos, that we went over together. He completely ignored them and our discussion. He first sewed patches on the wrong pant leg, and secondly sewed straight through my jacket's internal mesh, permanently sealing the main interior pocket shut and ruining its functionality. When I reached out in good faith to resolve the damaged gear, he refused to stand by his work. Instead, he falsely claimed I knew the patches would be on the wrong leg and the pocket would be sewn shut. Enoch then told me to stop messaging him as "I'm just looking for conflict?!?" He then ignored my final offer to let him fix it. This was not cheap and I paid up front, I didn't negotiate the price, as I was expecting the price to match the quality. This was unacceptable tailoring, even the stitching was a hack job. Based on these reasons and the atrocious customer service I decided to reach out to credit card company and open a dispute, which I've never done before. Do not trust this shop with tailoring your garments. If they ruin it, you will first be insulted and then on your own to find someone to fix Enoch's tailoring malpractice. read more

I had forgotten to write this review for so long but I'm glad I just remembered. I went to this place back in May for a fitting for a suit I had ordered online for my best friend's wedding. Being the best man, and my first time even being a groomsman at a wedding (let alone THE best man), I was very overwhelmed, and the suit I had gotten might as well have been a skin suite it was so tight. With literal days before the wedding, I didn't realize how close this was gonna be. My guy Enoch over here went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only did he somehow get that insanely tight vest to fit around this gut comfortably, not only did give me comfort and advice on being a best man to this nervous tub of anxiety, but he actually WENT INTO WORK EARLY just to make sure I could look good for my buddy's wedding. He was so kind, so helpful. Seriously, if I'm every visiting home again I wanna stop bye and shake this man's hand and tell him how awesome that wedding was. Thats not something you usually say about an owner. That's not something a customer usually feels. He actually cared and showed the quality of his soul to a complete stranger. He is a good man who did a miracle for me, and deserves your business. Choose this guy, seriously. In need of a new tailor I found great reviews for Enoch so I took a dress in to have the sleeves shortened. Enoch was friendly and efficient, and his price was fair. After picking up the dress and taking it home I realized I had a problem with the neckline. I needed a very small but essential adjustment made, so I took the dress back to Enoch. Of course I should have tried it on in his shop, but I only came in for the sleeve adjustment. When I explained the problem to Enoch he said he could take care of it, and within a few days. Enoch not only fixed my issue but he didn't charge me for it. Highly recommend Enoch and I will a returning customer. read more

Enoch lengthened the front pockets in 3 new pairs of men's pants. These pockets had been so shallow that my iPhone was sticking out. (I've noticed this is a recent trend). Enoch perfectly altered a Military uniform for me, and he did it on a super short timeline. Military dress uniforms are notoriously difficult to work with. I usually don't take them anywhere but on-post tailor shops, but I was in a pinch and Enoch had great reviews. I learned those reviews were very deserving. I couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the full experience: the quality was on point, the service was on point, the price was on point.
