Once I retrieved my order, it was so hard to not smell it inside of the elevator while heading up to my hotel room. First, I want to say that I was satisfied with the presentation of what I ordered. I had the fresh fish (blackened Flounder) in a New Orleans spicy sauce and rice (I'm not doing this justice). Carson advised this was spicy and it was. It was out of this world. A home run by the Chef (please come out some evenings and say hi - and take a bow). Dessert was a Lava cake with ice cream, one of 4 desserts offered tonight. Trust me, if you like gooey chocolate (like having a chocolate soufflé), this was the keeper. Service was impeccable. We missed Drew welcoming his guests but his team has been there a long time and were quick seating us. Carson was everything you could ask for in a waiter. Fully knowledgeable about the food (he started in the kitchen years ago), checked back often, staged the timing perfectly (how rare is that!) and we are sure to ask for him again.
