Fairly new business to the area Great price on snow crab legs, they'll prepare them for you on the spot you pick your poison (mild, medium spicy and spicy). This place is a MUST if you're in Tallahassee or even just passing through. The food is incredible and the customer service is even better. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable for such high quality seafood. It's also very clean and well decorated inside and has a beautiful mural on the outside. Wow just wow so we were driving past heading to Avis to pick up a work rental and spotted this place. We both LOVE seafood especially crab! I suggested we stop in being it's Sunday football and what's better than some good seafood lol! Well it's a take out place you go in pick what you want they can season and have it heated there if you want it take it home to heat! $60 for the two of us not bad at all you can pick from multiple trays and add things in as well if you want for an additional cost we went with the crab and shrimp with additional heat we like spice! The seasoning is outstanding and the seafood had a fabulous flavor. Cute place decent price and great choices of amazing seafood! It's a nice lace you could definitely overlook and drive past I suggest you stop in you will not regret it! Mmmm...not impressed. I've never seen snow crabs so small until dining out here. I've been to restaurants--"Mr and Mrs. Crabs" that so much more flavorful tasting boils--CK? It's just SALTY. Everything in my box was overly salted. I tried the snow crab entree--sizing minuscule. The ONE half potato they do give, mine was undercooked. Again, legs, horridly small in size, the ear of corn, salty, the shrimp, that "alright" in taste and "butter"--much to be desired. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and I'm really glad I finally did. I am a little paranoid about my seafood and was put off by some of the pictures and that this place doesn't have that many reviews. It definitely means something that all the reviews are 5 stars though. I came in a Saturday night to a packed place. Everyone was getting multiple boxes (mostly of shrimp). I decided to get the snow crab combo box so I could try a little bit of everything. They asked if I wanted it hot or cold and then I think they threw stuff into the microwave which isn't really a sign that it'll be good. I walked out with a huge box and smelled the garlic butter all the way home. I didn't like the shrimp that much but the snow crab was on point. The sauce they use is really good. I thought the idea of the egg was kind of weird but it was one of my favorite things in the combo. I'll definitely be back! read more

I love this place. I must say that their food is not only delicious but the store is clean and the food kept clean and in view where you can see it being prepared. I went to another crab place and got sick not once but twice. I got severe diarrhea, stomach cramping, and not to mention vomiting. It was to my delight when I discovered this recommendations was a short walk from my Airbnb. I came in on a Saturday night before 8. Not a long line or wait. I decided to go with a crab leg platter and large shrimp platter. Spicy and warmed up. Now I see what other reviews meant by the microwaves. My experience in shop was good from start to finish and the food was good. I did noticed a few pieces that tasted tough and I immediately thought this was all because of the microwave. The butter did help. It was finger licking, clothes are getting messed up good. Not sure how I feel about pre-cooked food. Especially if you don't eat all and then have to heat up once again. Still do not understand the rationale for egg so I passed on that. Nothing on my palate when eating seafood screams for egg. But hey maybe it is something locals enjoy. read more

This was a moment of my friend telling me she wanted seafood, and me saying "ok! Let's do it!" And then her bringing me here. The look was not what I was expecting, BUT THE FOOD!!!!!!!! O.M.G. !!!! Omg the customer service is AMAZING! The store is very clean from what I can see. But it's definitely a no for me. When I walked in I saw different plates of seafood being displayed and I thought it was just a display on top of TO GO boxes (wrong). The guy taking my order found out it was my first time and allowed me to sample a few shrimp. He took a while to get me my sample and I found out later why. I tried the shrimp and they weren't spicy they were ok like garlic, butter, and a hint of seasoning. I wasn't there for the shrimp so I didn't mind. I ordered a tray of two snow crab clusters, shrimp, sausage, and potatoes. There was eggs that were on there when I got home so idk if it came with it or they added it on. The guy asked me if I wanted it cold or heated and I asked for it heated spicy. I found out after I paid that they microwave the seafood if I would have known I wouldn't have bought it. The seafood had no taste and it just taste like oil (butter) and they put cheese on it which I didn't ask for. I ended up throwing most of it away. Stopped here because of the reviews, this place did not disappoint! I got the shrimp combo, and my wife got the snow crab combo, plenty of food for sure. Being first timers we were unaware that it is take out only, no biggie, we had them warm it up and we went to Cascade park and tore it up! The spice was perfect, the shrimp was huge and delicious, as was the crab, potato, corn and hard boiled eggs. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Tallahassee area! read more

In Tallahassee for the FAMU game and wanted some seafood. We decided on CK Crab House based on the other reviews. This place did not disappoint! As a New Orleanian, I opted not to eat the crawfish because I know it's out of season. I had the snow crabs, corn, and my daughter had the crawfish combo with corn, potatoes and shrimp. The food was so good! I loved the garlic butter sauce and the spice. My daughter thought the potatoes were "amazing".
