Came here for trivia night and it was a fun time. Small and intimate here with a small crowd but it was fun! We ordered some wine and a cheese board. They were all pretty good, I would love some more of a variety for the cheeses but it was great overall. Our waitress was nice and I felt super comfortable here. It has a lot of parking too which is nice.

My date and I had a very nice experience here on the patio one Friday night. The ambiance was very relaxed and intimate. It wasn't crowded for a Friday night so I hope this place is doing okay. It's a gem of a find. Jon was incredibly nice and informative about the wine. We took advantage of their buy one get one free wine on Friday from 7-11PM. They also do trivia and have specials Thursday evening. I'd love to come back on another date or with coworkers. The atmosphere was elegant and overall my experience was excellent. I loved all the wine I tried as well. The location is a bit hidden but it's walking distance from Grandview Marketplace. Parking is on the street and we had no trouble with it.

All I can say is wow, the hospitality that we felt from Ashley and Jon was amazing. My partner and I came in there for a nice early date night. We had the olives and Argentinian sausage. Everything was so fresh and the wine was unbelievable. We ended up spending hours there talking with them. . We talked about family, wine, food and life! It was such an amazing experience. They truly feel like family here!!!! Jon is so knowledgeable about his wine and has such unique wines. We will be back.

We had a wine tasting double date night and it was absolutely amazing! Jon answered all of our wine questions and really made the experience unforgettable. You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does! The tasting was quiet and private, which I loved because it was all about making our experience great and teaching us about the wine that we enjoy. We brought some snacks from home and enjoyed some fabulous wine. We are already planning on booking more tastings with friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I decided to give this place a second chance on April 18, 2026, with an 8:30 PM reservation, and unfortunately, it was just as bad--if not worse--than my first visit. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter, Michael, set the tone early, and not in a good way. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers, and drink refills required tracking down other staff members. What stood out most was the complete lack of attentiveness--Michael never once checked in on our table throughout the evening. The delay was so excessive that I was able to leave the restaurant, walk across the street, purchase a new set of clothes for my daughter, return, and have her change--all before our main course even arrived. To be clear, this wasn't out of convenience--it was out of necessity. The restaurant was so excessively hot that she was visibly uncomfortable and overheating. To make matters worse, water was served at room temperature in what felt like a furnace of a dining room. We actually had to ask multiple times--and essentially beg--just to get ice brought to the table. That alone speaks volumes about the level of awareness and care. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience--especially after an evening out--but this was anything but. The food itself was underwhelming at best: mediocre, forgettable, and certainly not worth the wait. What was most disappointing, however, was the apparent inconsistency in service. From my observation, certain tables--specifically white families--received noticeably more attention and care, while others, including Hispanic, Asian, and African-American patrons, were largely overlooked. As part of an interracial family, this was both disheartening and unacceptable to witness. I've had great experiences at other locations of this restaurant, which makes this visit even more frustrating. This location, however, falls far below standard. To the management and staff: you're in a high-traffic area where guests come to unwind and enjoy their time. This experience did the exact opposite. One star--and that's only because it was possible to secure a reservation. Now I understand why availability wasn't an issue. TL;DR: Excessive heat, inattentive service, long wait times, mediocre food, and a deeply disappointing overall experience. I will not be returning.

We sat outside for an early brunch with perfect weather... it set the tone for a beautiful, breezy morning! Food-wise, everything was solid across the board. Nothing that completely wowed me, but definitely good and enjoyable. I was especially excited for the smashed croissant avocado toast, but it fell a little short for me. Smashing the croissant kind of takes away what makes it so good in the first place... you lose that fluffy interior and crispy exterior, and it ended up a bit tough. The oysters and side of bacon were my favorites of the table, both super yummy and I'd absolutely order those again. The truffle fries and short rib benedict were also good, just didn't stand out in a big way. And of course, mimosas... no notes there. Overall, a really lovely brunch spot if you're looking for great ambiance and a relaxing outdoor vibe. It's a gorgeous space and one of the main reasons I wanted to celebrate there. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the setting. At times, it seemed like other tables were receiving more attention, which left us feeling overlooked. While the food and atmosphere were enjoyable, it wasn't the birthday experience I had hoped for. RH Rooftop has incredible potential because the space is so beautiful, but I think the service could be more attentive and consistent to match the upscale environment. There were servers with varying ages and experience levels. They seemed well trained and were very responsive. The food was wonderful quality, fresh and not overly wrought. They brought out gluten-free bread with olive oil, which was a thoughtful treat the server offered. The Fiore mocktail was delicious and flavorful. Next, the beet salad was simple with four ingredients: beets, potatoes, haricots verts and feta. The feta tasted imported and complex. I would have liked a vinaigrette or more flavor, but the ingredients were all well prepared. The branzino/Chilean sea bass smelled amazing. It was en papillote and looked moist and perfectly cooked. The frenetti pasta came with tomato gravy, fresh tomatoes, Parmigiana Reggiano and fresh burrata. I ordered gluten-free pasta. It was one of the best gluten-free pastas I ever had, cooked perfectly al dente. Unfortunately the gravy was simple and well made, yet was too much in proportion and tasted too salty to me. It was hard to eat more than a few bites. The server and management handled it with aplomb. The flourless al limone cake was the best gluten-free lemon cake ever. It tasted almost like semolina cake and almond cake hybrid. Last but not least, the gelato buontalenti, was a delicious custom tableside service with overflowing amounts of unctuous vanilla gelato, with lightly sweetened pistachios, strawberry compote, and sea salt. The half portion could easily serve three or four. All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
