We had a great dinner experience here -- from service to food. We found street parking nearby, but our friends chose to valet park. We'd been to a couple restaurants in this area/street so had an idea in advance of their location. We were greeted on arrival. They even seated us although we were quite early for our reservation. I don't remember her name, but we had a very nice eager to please server. We started with some warm crusty bread fresh from the oven. They offered oil for dipping and we also requested some butter. To begin our meal, we got an appetizer of fried baby artichokes and calamari. We wound up sharing it with the table as the portion was so large. I really, really liked this dish. A light batter, a couple of lemon wedges, and a dipping sauce made for an addictive starter. For our main meals, we each got a pasta -- fettuccine bolognese (with a veal ragu sauce), fusilli ferreto (with burrata) , and conchiglie (shell pasta) with smoked salmon. I was the one that got the shell shaped pasta with salmon. It was supposed to be very spicy with chilies but I asked them to tone it down. The pink sauce (a bit of cream in it too) and it was perfectly delicious! All the pastas were large portions and we all took some leftovers home. We were too full to try their desserts -- although we did browse the menu for future. PS: a shout out to thank Yelp elite Jeff N. I'd read his review awhile back and bookmarked the restaurant based on his comments.

Some friends and I went here for a holiday gift exchange dinner. This place looks mellow & dark, but the inside is pretty lively! Staff were amazing, we received a round of Prosecco on the house and also the manager was really friendly. I ordered the pepe de cacio with spaghetti pasta & it was chefs kisses! Who knew simple cheese/pepper dish could be that good. Downtown parking as usual, street parking, near by City garages or conveniently use the valet and get your ticket validated for $10 discount. Perfect spot for date night, lunch, or girls night out!

Let's start with the positives, because credit where credit is due. The decor and overall vibe are top notch. Absolutely beautiful space with dim, romantic lighting that makes you feel like you're in for a great night. Now let's get to the food experience. They require you to order everything at once. No ordering appetizers first, no pacing the meal. Not my favorite approach, but I went with the flow and they did a decent job timing the apps from the main course. The eggplant appetizer was outstanding. Truly delicious and a must order. The tricolor salad was just okay. The dressing was tasty, but it came with two very tiny slivers of avocado and a whole lot of lettuce. A little unbalanced. My husband ordered the gnocchi. Unfortunately, it was hard and chewy, and the sauce was watery. The flavor itself was decent, but the texture missed the mark. My friends shared the steak and they enjoyed it, so that was a win at the table. Now, me. I guess I'm the problem. I ordered the chicken Milanese and specifically asked for extra balsamic reduction on the side. What arrived was not balsamic reduction at all, but olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar. When I politely asked for the reduction, the server looked confused and said she would check if they even had it. She returned to tell me they did not. Not only is it listed on the menu, but I ordered the dish with extra balsamic reduction. To make matters worse, the chicken itself was so dry it was honestly not edible. The manager came over to apologize for the lack of balsamic glaze, mentioned they've been trying to get it in stock and offered to let me order something else. By that point, no one had checked on our table, not once, and everyone else was already finished eating... At that moment, ordering something new felt pointless. As the manager walked away, I noticed a very obvious eye roll from him. As someone who basically grew up in the restaurant industry, I was genuinely shocked. I smiled, stayed quiet and hungry, and internally thought, you boil balsamic vinegar and let it cool. Boom. Homemade balsamic reduction... While our server seemed sweet, she did not know the menu. If a guest orders a dish with extra sauce and you do not carry that sauce, you tell them. You do not substitute it with something inferior and hope they won't notice. One last thing worth mentioning. There are only two single bathroom stalls for the entire restaurant, which resulted in long lines throughout the night blocking their kitchen entrance. On top of that, my husband was charged for every single glass of iced tea. No mention of no refills, not bottled, just quietly rung up per glass. Unfortunately, I will not be back. The food was mediocre at best, the service was subpar, and for the price point, it simply is not worth it....

I've heard great things about Felice, so I was excited to dine here with my friend. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with dim lighting throughout the restaurant. All the staff, including Marleny R, were wonderful. I enjoyed an Anita for my drink, which was a little fruity and delicious. For my main course, the Conchiglie Al Salmone was absolutely delicious. My dinner was filled with flavor and very filling. I would certainly dine here again. There is an included service charge of 20%, regardless of the party size.

DAAAALICIOUS! We hit up Felice in West Palm Beach, FL and everything we tried was next-level Italian goodness. Here's the breakdown: Ravioli Della Casa - whipped ricotta + spinach. Loved it, but could use a touch more salt. 8.7/10 Conchiglie al Salmone - creamy sauce, perfectly cooked salmon... again, could use more salt. 8.7/10 Ricotta Toast - figs, honey, almonds, perfectly toasted. 10/10 Cioccolato e Nocciola - rich, decadent chocolate dessert. 9/10 Caprese al Limone - fresh, zesty, absolutely perfect. 10/10 Felice is hands-down a must-visit spot for Italian lovers in West Palm Beach!

Nothing short of magnificent! From the time we entered, the doors greeted and was mesmerized with the beautiful ambience. They had outdoor rec seating, but it was a chilly day in Florida so we opted for inside, we were seated promptly. I always like to ask about recommendations on cocktails and food. The manager was very attentive as he asked if this was our first time. We went along with all of his recommendations and everything was absolutely decadent. I love to see managers engage with guests and staff. It was an amazing experience the food and service was perfect! We opted for the prefix lunch menu for $32. The portions were very nicely sized for lunch. The tiramisu melted in your mouth !! We'll definitely be back as we would like to check out happy hour as they have a large bar area and dinner!

Great food, service and ambience. I had a client lunch today, and I loved the bright warm feel of the restaurant. It felt really welcoming. The table bread was fresh and delicious. I had the burrata salad and the branzino. Both were amazing and part of their pre-fix lunch menu

I love Felice! We have been here a few times especially before shows at the Kravis. I gluten-free and love their pasta. The house-made burrata cheese is also amazing. I also love the lemon flourless cake if I manage to save room for it. They have a nice selection of spritz drinks perfect and refreshing for south Florida. The service is always spot on with many people stopping by to check on you. The ambiance is romantic and a great spot for a date night.

The good: The ricotta appetizer was absolutely delicious, hands down my favorite thing we ordered and I'd come back just for that alone. The rice balls were also great and something I'd happily order again. My husband's burger was very flavorful to me, though he did mention the meat tasted a bit "watered down" somehow and the burger was nothing special to him. My pasta was good, but slightly more al dente than I prefer, so next time I'd try a different main. The cake was nice, but nothing memorable enough for me to reorder. The salad was good but very basic, not something I'd get again. Overall though, the quality and flavor are clearly there, and I'd definitely return to try other offerings. The staff was kind, and the ambiance was beautiful, which really added to the experience. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, what really took away from the experience was that two dogs were seated at the table next to us, sitting on chairs with their paws on the table, eating off the floor, and shaking fur around. It was honestly disgusting, especially in a nicer restaurant setting. These were clearly not service dogs. What was also concerning was that the chairs were not wiped down or disinfected afterward, which is an issue for anyone with allergies or who simply doesn't want to touch surfaces where dogs had been sitting. In a food-service environment, basic sanitation standards should be enforced, and allowing non-service animals inside especially on chairs and tables feels inappropriate and unsanitary. For a restaurant with this level of ambiance and pricing, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and dining experience, and this detail alone made it fall short Because of that, it bumps the experience down to closer to a 3 than a 4 for me. I truly believe this place has a lot of potential - the food, service, and atmosphere are there, but that aspect really needs to be addressed. Otherwise I would come back because that ricotta is truly spectacular

Excellent food. My got to dishes are the BAKED EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA- layers of thinly sliced eggplant, Parmigiano-Reggiano, tomato basil sauce, the QUINOA pickled artichokes, charred garden vegetable, spicy honey shallot, vinaigrette dressing, the GAMBERI IN SALSA ROSA red Argentinian shrimp, avocado, jalapeño, salsa rosa and the PAPPARDELLE SALSICCIA sweet Italian sausage, braised endive, porcini mushrooms, herbs, truffle sauce. Service is always friendly but somehow slower than I'd like- the place needs to get staffing more under control. Ambiance is lovely.

Classy restaurant in cityplace with a well stocked bar. We stopped by for an after dinner drink and to check out the space. It was steadily busy on a Sunday evening. I didn't see any TVs for the sports fans, something to keep in mind but the bartenders were personable and kept us entertained. Drinks were tasty and will def return to try some of the Italian choices for dinner.

If you're looking for a cute place to have dinner that has good food, definitely check this place out. We came late night on Saturday and the restaurant was pretty quiet. The service didn't lack and the food options were good. We had the Caesar salad and added anchovies for the starter. The branzino was the least favorite dish of the night. There were potatoes and other veggies that took away from the true flavor of the fish but it was edible. We prefer the whole fish with minimal additions instead of a filet, especially for the price. I had the eggplant Parmesan and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size. It was on the appetizer menu but I ended up taking half of it home overall, we Enjoyed our experience.

Beautiful/moody vibe. Staff matched the vibe, though our waitress was friendly and bubbly. Everyone seemed too busy for us and yet the place was empty. The girl that brought us water ended up being our waitress because our waitress was too busy! We got the eggplant as an appetizer and it was very good. Nice way to start the meal. Sauce had good flavor and eggplant wasn't over fried. I got the salad with grilled chicken. I was a bit shocked to see the side chicken was $12 and they don't even add it to the salad. It's literally a thin thin thin slice of chicken on the side plate. But it had good flavor. My husband enjoyed his chicken parm. My son had his leftovers and also said it was good. I would have rated higher if host staff had been a bit friendlier, if service was better and if the chicken side had been a little more reasonable in cost. Desserts were nothing special so we skipped. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Parking was tricky, we got lucky and got street parking but circled around a few times. Allow a few extra minutes for parking!

I made an early reservation and was seated immediately upon entering. Since we've been here many times,we knew what to expect. I ordered the NY strip, which was perfect, my wife ordered a simple burger...uh oh..... It came out pretty rare, almost raw. She ordered medium, which is pretty standard for restaurant burgers. She couldn't eat this, so we called the waitress, who was a doll, very apologetic but generally warm and professional. Well the burger came back disguised as a hockey puck. Again the waitress came right over and again apologized, my wife was fed up and didn't want another burger and really didn't want anything at this point. Although we didn't ask for a manager, she showed up with out being asked for. She immediately apologized and pleaded with my wife to order something, so my wife ordered a salad, which probtly came. Next, 2 desserts and coffee. Finally the manager comes over, hands my wife her business card an tells us, please give us another try and have dinner on me! Lastly, I ask for the check and was told, it was all comped! Not expected as my meal was great and I also had two cocktails. None the less, I tipped approximately based on the cost of our meals. Last week we stopped in as we were driving home from Port St Lucie and found to spots at the bar. My wife ordered a filet mignon, which she declared was one of the best she's had, I had the double cut pork chop. Both meals came out together, hot and nicely plated. We only asked for the manager our meal and only to thank her. We also complimented her staff and raved about the meal. Again, my drinks were comped which I don't know why but, hey someone buys you a drink, don't complain. Anyway a generous tip and two happy campers. And that's how you manage a restaurant and lead your staff. I apologize for any typos because of my large, masculine fingers

I'm genuinely puzzled by this restaurant's high rating--my experience was, quite frankly, abysmal…read more The space itself felt neglected: a musty odor lingered in the air, and the temperature was uncomfortably warm--borderline unbearable--making it difficult to relax from the moment we sat down. I decided to give this place a second chance on April 18, 2026, with an 8:30 PM reservation, and unfortunately, it was just as bad--if not worse--than my first visit. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter, Michael, set the tone early, and not in a good way. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers, and drink refills required tracking down other staff members. What stood out most was the complete lack of attentiveness--Michael never once checked in on our table throughout the evening. The delay was so excessive that I was able to leave the restaurant, walk across the street, purchase a new set of clothes for my daughter, return, and have her change--all before our main course even arrived. To be clear, this wasn't out of convenience--it was out of necessity. The restaurant was so excessively hot that she was visibly uncomfortable and overheating. To make matters worse, water was served at room temperature in what felt like a furnace of a dining room. We actually had to ask multiple times--and essentially beg--just to get ice brought to the table. That alone speaks volumes about the level of awareness and care. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience--especially after an evening out--but this was anything but. The food itself was underwhelming at best: mediocre, forgettable, and certainly not worth the wait. What was most disappointing, however, was the apparent inconsistency in service. From my observation, certain tables--specifically white families--received noticeably more attention and care, while others, including Hispanic, Asian, and African-American patrons, were largely overlooked. As part of an interracial family, this was both disheartening and unacceptable to witness. I've had great experiences at other locations of this restaurant, which makes this visit even more frustrating. This location, however, falls far below standard. To the management and staff: you're in a high-traffic area where guests come to unwind and enjoy their time. This experience did the exact opposite. One star--and that's only because it was possible to secure a reservation. Now I understand why availability wasn't an issue. TL;DR: Excessive heat, inattentive service, long wait times, mediocre food, and a deeply disappointing overall experience. I will not be returning.

Our waitress was FANTASTIC I cannot remember her name, but she was African-American, very polite, very professional, and extremely patience with us. The food was good. We each ordered a bit of everything. I would recommend the shrimp tacos. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends

I walked around the hotel to take video; in 10 minutes I had a table with a lovely view. The crab cakes were mid, but I know they were healthy because they had little to no seasoning. The crab was fresh and cocktail sauce solved the flavor gap.The creamed spinach and the old bay potatoes were very good. My mocktail made with blueberries was sweet and refreshing. The wait staff was very nice. I enjoyed people watching and getting a sense of Palm Beach's wealthiest culture. They had a live band and the sun was going down. An amazing place to be on a Summer Saturday evening.

The bartender was easy to talk to and gave a couple suggestions without making it feel like a sales pitch. Both dishes came out pretty quickly even though the place started filling up during happy hour. The bruschetta had a nice mix of sweet and savory, and the avocado toast was fresh without being overly dressed up. I liked the overall pace of the service since nobody rushed me to order more once I finished eating. It felt like a comfortable place to unwind for a bit instead of a loud crowded spot where you're trying to leave right away.

Service was also very slow, even when it wasn't busy. Everything took longer than expected and seemed disorganized. On top of that, the bartender was rude and unwelcoming. I was also charged for another person's drink without being asked or informed; which was unacceptable and felt careless. The staff seemed "blind" to how to properly run a restaurant. For the prices being charged, I expected much better food, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and everything just feels clean, modern, and well put together. We started with a fresh salad w mozzarella and salami. Then the pizza came out... and it completely exceeded expectations. We got two pies -- one gluten-free and one regular -- and both were outstanding. The gluten-free pizza was done perfectly (which is rare), with great texture and flavor -- didn't feel like you were missing out at all. But the real standout was the square white pizza with mushrooms and meatballs. That thing was unreal. Perfectly crispy edges, soft inside, rich cheese, and packed with flavor. Honestly, for Florida pizza, this was next level. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and actually care about execution. Service was great, everything came out smoothly, and the entire experience was top tier. Easy 10/10. Definitely a go-to spot -- will 100% be back.

All very delicious. Then we shared a square pizza (yes, squares taste better); half pepperoni and mushroom, and half pepperoni, red onion, olives and arugula. There were countless Mmmms and we ate every bite. The space is stunning and the service was terrific. Why more can you ask for?!
