Takeout of fried fish platter with string beans and corn, cheesesteak with Mac and cheese, chicken tenders and fries. Good reviews on the cheesesteak and Mac and cheese although the roll was soggy. The fried fish was fishy and its crispness was gone instead left a mush. Corn was good. String beans were overcooked again mush, zero snap. Chicken was mush and the fries were undercooked and limp. Cornbread was delicious! Showed up a minute after the pick up time on the order. Maybe a bad night and gotta give it another whirl the ingredients seemed fine quality but missing on so many basics like fishiness and barely cooked fries is rough.

Different cheesesteak #1105 in the last five years. Special Wednesday addition of drinks and cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan. We got the Broad St Bully and took it to Ship Bottom Brewing in Swarthmore. I am surprised how small this cheesesteak looks in the pictures because it had some very good weight to it. This cheesesteak comes with cherry peppers and chipotle sauce so you pretty much have to drink beer with it. I like Tattooed Pigs' creativity and am very proud of myself for avoiding their desserts. Ship Bottom Brewing has been a wonderful addition to Swarthmore.

Creed Sandwich with excellent smoked tender chicken!

Ordered takeout from here for the first time today, didn't know what to expect. Haven't had proper bbq around upper Darby and other Delco townships, but I have to say I'm pleasantly impressed by tattooed pig. I arrived before pickup time and noticed the dine in area was very nice. Service was excellent when picking up, with the man whom I thought may be the owner notifying me that the wings I ordered (tattooed pig hot) were very spicy, just so I'm aware. And I have to say, as a spice lover, he was right. Not hot for hot's sake, amazing flavor, and I prefer fried over smoked wings, but they were better than most places do fried wings. I also had the creed sandwich which was outstanding, great smoked tender chicken with cheese, greens, onions and peppers. A delightful lunch! Will be coming here again!

First, we had no intention of stopping here for dinner. Second, after we ordered our food, it took a quite a while to receive our food. But it's one of the best mishaps I have ever experienced, and every minute that we waited to receive our food was worth it. The food is amazing. Honestly, it's kind of overwhelming because it all sounds/reads so tasty. But the flavors and combinations will take you on a gastric rollercoaster, IN A GOOD WAY. (If I used gastric wrong.......ignore that). We ordered with supper and dinner in mind. (I'm southern suppers early evening, dinners later). The wings and pit fries were amazing. Honestly, as we ate that, the 4 of began to feel full. BRING US SOME BOXES PLEASE, before we received the sandwiches. But when they were delivered, we just had to take a bite to taste. The jerk chicken cheesesteak was an great; the brisket panini was amazing, but the Southern Comfort was a real surprise for me. It is really good!!! But definitely the star of the show are the people. EVERYONE is so nice. From the moment we entered, we felt enveloped in warmth. The owners are top tier. We were their as customers, but we felt like friends. The conversation alone was worth 5 stars. I truly loved the environment and the food is excellent too. Media has a really good food thing going, and this place shines extremely bright for me.

Parking lot full, several working dudes eating, my kinda spot! When you enter you go straight to the counter, blues are playing and it's like a break from the reality outside. Nice young lady greeted us, showed us menus and we sat to review. The place is clean, tiny, personal with a family vibe, the family photos on ledges and corners, on the haphazard painted, wood planked walls. The just loud enough Blues had my foot tapping but I could still converse with my hubby. We chose our own lemonades but other drink options were available too. The food was quick and hot and served on 10'x12" tray. The bread was warm, with a good texture, not soggy at all. The fillings were plentiful and the sauces were good in both. The sandwiches were delicious(I tried both), the original lemonade was perfect, the mango one was tart n sweeter. Packed up the other half of our sandwiches bc it was large. Togo box was a great surprise as a nice black box instead of just wrapping n bag. 10/10 would return.

The Southern Comfort, simply comfortably filling too.

I had the Rocky pork sandwich. Very bland. These guys need to check out John's and Tommy Dinic's to learn how to spice their pork.

The bar has a good mix of sports being broadcast on TVs. I could watch live hockey, basketball and baseball easily. It's a solid place to grab some comfort food and drinks. The fish & chips plate is respectable; has 3 good-sized fillets with a nice rémoulade sauce. I found the caesar salad to be decent and when requested that dressing and cheese come on the side, it was no problem. The famous kennett square mushroom soup is too intense. Strong portobello mushrooms dominate and concentrated truffle oil only increases this, doesn't offer any counterbalance. Staffers are friendly.

The only thing that really WOWED me was the butter that came with the croissant. I can eat that whole thing by itself. Very creamy with a hint of zest. Yum! As far as the croissants was concerned, some tasted like it was stale. The pork schnitzel (4/5) entrée was pretty good. I didn't care for the sausage and gravy topping though. Would've been better without it. Anyway, the mashed potatoes were creamy, buttery, and airy. The greens were garlicky and kind of salty. Grilled chicken Caesar (2.5/5) salad was okay. The dressing lacked in a lot of ways. More citrusy and less saltiness from anchovies. The mushroom bisque was a little grainy. Would I care for coming back? Maybe. Not anytime soon though.

The average cost of a cocktail from the menu was around $18, so I guess I made out like a bandit. ****Another classy, imaginative interior marred by a neon sign. The rest of Two Fourteen was beautiful & sultry. The neon sign had a cheapening effect. I felt almost mocked by the bright pink sign that spelt out "good vibes only."
