I had arranged for an 11AM pick-up for our party of 13 people to take a wine tour in Southwest Michigan. No one from the company had the courtesy to call me and personally apologize or offer assistance to find another option for our wine tour transportation, which was an activity we had planned our weekend around --- we had traveled to SW Michigan from out of town to celebrate our friend's wedding engagement. This company may be cheaper than a few other options out there, but please note - if an unforeseen "break-down" occurs, this company will leave you hanging... not what I would want anyone to experience for a wedding/special event of any kind.
