Pretty good milk tea boba and their popcorn chicken was amazing. Only gripe was the longer than usual wait time. It may have been due to ordering a Taiwanese pineapple fruit tea, which may take longer to make because both 1-2 orders before and after me got their orders before I did. They have a pretty spacious interior, including a cool study room with a fish tank and a main room where there are cool teapots and stuff on display. Definitely recommended if you are in the Sugar Land area!

One of my favorite boba place and a good place to also sit to get work done while in Sugarland. Great drinks and table space. The only bad thing is I'll get too many drinks if I sit too long here- since the drinks are so good. I have to always get at least 1 Berry Lime Fruit tea. I would love to see a Rose milk tea here one day, but the Rose Lychee is ok too as a substitute for the creamy milky version of it.

Teahouse Tampico Tea locations have the most consistent boba game around, and this location doesn't disappoint. The front room is tight for seating however there is another room with more tables and an aquarium. The drinks were flavorful and the food was hot and delicious. The cashiers/boba makers are friendly and fast. Parking is very ample on three sides. Interior is clean.

I like the food I don't know what the service is like I enjoy to sit in the seats because I like to be here because the place is nice to be in.

I am not sure why this teahouse has such a low rating it is absolutely adorable! The baristas are super friendly and accommodating. I had a craving for a smooth, frozen, coffee based drink. There used to be this coffee shop call Deidrich's that had a perfectly blended java mocha frozen coffee drink. I haven't been able to find the same taste nor ice texture since it closed...until now. I was dropping something off at the UPS store in the same plaza as the Teahouse and I was leaving it began to pour. I thought I would just go around and get a milk tea since I couldn't run out just yet. When I get inside, I immediately wished I had my computer or something to study or read. It's such a cozy setting. The lighting and green furniture is reminiscent of a hotel lounge, restaurant/lobby, lol. I knew it wouldn't be there, but I searched the very long menu for my dream drink, guess what, it wasn't there. Lol! Just for fun, I asked the barista if they could do a frozen coffee that wasn't gritty or watery. He said "you want it to be smooth?" Uh, yeah!!! The drink was ready before I could check out the food menu and I didn't even hear the blender going. It was perfection!! I shall return! With my computer!!

I've been going to Teahouse in Houston for over 2 decades. I've only been to this location a couple of times. There isn't as much to do here as the other location where there is/was games & things to read as well as snacks. This location seemed clean & looks decent. This location is also close to some fun Asian hangs & grocery stores. However, I didn't enjoy the back & forth involved in having to get my drink order correctly. When placing the order, I asked for a frozen slushy/snow type drink & so did my daughter. Walking away, I noticed a price difference on the screen (the lady refused to give a receipt when we asked - and no one was getting a receipt which I thought was weird). When we got our order, we got different drinks. My daughter got the texture I wanted & I got an iced drink. It's fine I thought, communication issue I'm sure. But the lady at the counter argued with me as I explained that I wanted what my daughter had, that was what I tried to explain earlier (an issue that perhaps would've been prevented if I had a receipt). Eventually she agreed to make me a new drink & I apologized while thanking her profusely - but as I walked away, the two younger women in the back kept looking up & laughing very loudly. Just seriously mean behavior. I don't think I'll be returning. The drink sizes, large selection, pricing & location is more my style at Teapioca anyways. read more

I have not been to a teahouse in years. I've passed by this location so much so why not give it a try. Drinks and food are ok. I ordered the avocado cream Blend half sweet with crystal boba , Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly and spicy popcorn chicken. Cashier was helpful. Service was good. So many boba shops in the SL area but this shop is conveniently located to everything. Lots of parking too. read more

Been going to Teahouse for years and the quality has never wanted! The tea and snacks are always fresh and tasty. Even their new menu items are really good. The staff is friendly, patient and work quickly to crank out orders. I love studying in the back area. Customer for life! read more

Great for studying, although it can get really crowded- no problems with that though. I really only like their fruit teas and I usually get the peach green tea! the cream teas are average and nothing special. The snacks are always good. First impressions: Walking in, you're greeted with an assortment of different things: the smell of popcorn chicken, the noise of people small talking and screens displaying what they offer for drinks/foods. A lot of space because they also have a back room that you can walk to. Service: THEY ARE SO NICE. We didn't know what we wanted so we took a second, but the cashier was super understanding and waited. When we finally ordered, she asked for our names and we sat down. When she gave us our drinks, she said Happy New Year! Drinks/Food: So today I tried the ice cream coffee, andddd I wasn't dissapointed! Here's a tip however: let the ice cream melt alittle and your drink will get sweeter! Soooo good! Overall, great experience, will definitely come back to study when I am in the area. read more

The actual boba is good so that's why I'm giving l it 2 stars not one. They had a game area inside the store but it was messy and people had their dogs in their store. The service was horrible firstly you have to pay on a screen which I think is better but the guy handed me the screen to sign and it took him over a minute to turn the screen back to himself because we was talking to his coworkers while we where ordering. The guy that calls out names wasn't calling out names loud enough for people to hear their order. read more

Lots of options and lovely seating/decor. The kind of place you can spend hours in chatting with friends. They have tons and tons of drink options. I'm new to Sugar Land and I was recommended by friends to try this place. I tried it and now I'm hooked!!! On Tuesdays they from11am-12pm they have buy one get one free deal. Line does get long and once you get the register after 12 they stop the deal. The environment is clean and provide additional space for studying. I have been here multiple times and I get the Passion Fruit cream blend or HoneyDew cream blend. read more

Always a great drinks. I tend to order the Thai Tea. Always quick, correct order. Pretty busy but they always provide efficient service and not a long wait. Drinks are not very sweet, unless you ask for more sugar, which I do not. read more

Their menu rocks! But I always order my Mango Green Tea I noticed that the volume of their popcorn chicken is not consistent. Sometimes the cup is full, sometimes it's not. Cute place with a lot of delicious options. I had the green tea with tapioca and it tasted good. It was a bit dark and crowded inside but not too bad- some lack of seating and we had to gather around the tables to wait for our drinks. The employee I chatted with was super helpful and even let me taste to the 2 flavors that I was interested in. I tasted both of vanilla and açaí flavors. I wasn't a big fan of the vanilla, but the açai was incredible! They have two sizes for the freezes, I opted for the larger size. You can put as many toppings as you'd like. I opted for the blueberries, almonds, coconut chips, and the granola. It was so good! The granola was some of the best I've ever had. Pricewise, this around me $8.50. I need this place on my side of town immediately, but in the meantime, I will definitely be making a trip to Sugar land lol. Forgot to mention that I also signed up for their awards program. I believe you get one point per dollar. It was super easy to sign up, they have a QR code by the register and the process only took a couple of minutes. I was stood on one side of the counter thinking that is where I ordered. The woman working just kinda looked at me and ignored me. She never told me if I wanted to order, I had to go around to the other side. Finally after about three minutes of standing at the counter and being ignored by the female staff member, the guy asked if I was wanting to place an order and told me to come around to his side. I should have realized with how messy the work area was, that it was going to go wrong. To be fair though, they were fairly busy when we got there. I have a gluten allergy (Celiac), so I asked the guy working if the granola was gluten free. He said it was. (Their smoothies signage at Jamba says to ask staff about allergens.) I got the blue sky smoothie bowl although I wanted an actual smoothie. Luckily the smoothie bowl was pretty good. However, I later felt off and realized that the granola I was told was gluten free was not actually gluten free. I contacted Jamba about it via email but the manager didn't care that their staff could potentially make people really sick or kill them. I got the generic "sorry. We'll talk to our team members" email and that was it. Best avoid this location if you're after good service. The staff members are like zombies, and if you have a food allergy, definitely stay away from this location. The vibes aren't vibing here.

If you're looking for gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty products, the selection here is excellent. The store is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. A nice bonus is the Amazon return counter inside the store. You can bring eligible Amazon returns without packaging, and they handle the rest. One thing I wanted to mention for anyone trying to take advantage of the current Amazon Prime ice cream promotion (50% off pints through July 7): this location has had ongoing ice cream issues. I visited twice recently and found the freezers completely empty both times. On one visit, staff said they were waiting on a shipment; on the next visit, they explained that the freezer had broken and posted a sign stating that no ice cream pints were available for sale. So if you're specifically coming for the ice cream deal, I'd recommend calling ahead first or checking another Whole Foods location. Aside from that issue, it's still a great store and a very convenient Whole Foods for the Sugar Land area.

There just is nothing so overwhelming that the price per pound should be as high as it is. Salad bar items are 11.99 a pound. Olive bar, I would expect to be higher but not 11.99 as well. I completely understand and it's very well known that because of its organic food selections and quality that Whole Foods does selectively market to a higher economic demographic that is less price sensitive. However, I am in that upper demographic and I'm getting distracted by getting a salad and some olives and walking out of the store with a $35 bill. At this price, I can just eat at a restaurant, and a decent one at that.

I think I got a buckwheat syrup and omg it was amazing. I love their latte with orange syrup and their moshi moshi which has banana. I always ask for extra syrup but one of these days I'm going to ask for a plain latte or maybe a pour over if they have that. The lounge is currently under construction, but looking forward to when it opens back up! Maybe new furniture and layout!

There is no billboard or web article acclaim - but when you step inside you are transported to warmth and love on 100. This place is no exception. Speaking of reading scripture - if God made coffee on Day 6 it was because the two new humans made him exhausted. That's why he needed rest on Day 7 teeheehee. I had a matcha latte. It was wayyyy to sweet for me. Considering I do not have a single sweet tooth in my mouth and usually drink my matcha plain. They were kinda and gave me a coffee on the house with free refills. There are alot of pastries, I heard there were tacos, I will try those next time. Will I be back?... of course. This place was popping by 9 and I see why. They are doing something RIGHT!

At first, I wasn't quite the fan but after a good number of sips, I gradually began to enjoy it more and more. If you are into strong coffee that's more on the bitter side and don't mind the smokey aftertaste, Rang Coffee is a must try! They also have smoothies, matcha, and a few pastry options on the menu.

This feedback is not directed at Teahouse, as their customer service has always been excellent. Instead, it concerns their supplier. After noticing an unusual rancid taste, I opened the tea bag and discovered what appeared to be a significant amount of worms that had been boiled. This is extremely concerning and could have posed a serious health risk. (F'ING GROSS!) I would like to extend my gratitude to Helen and the staff working the afternoon shift on 2/28 for promptly providing me with a replacement order. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. read more

after our regular bubble tea joint closed, my husband and i had to find somewhere else to go so we tried this place about a month ago. since then, weve been here about four times...this is definitely our new favorite! the staff is so nice, whenever the door opens you will hear everybody cheer "welcome to the teahouse!" they take the time to explain the menu to you and help you decide based on your taste. i always have the taro cream tea which i LOVEEE and my husband tries something else every time but has never complained. Found an ant or a small insect in my dad's drink. I had ordered a peach black tea, but they gave me a peach green tea. I was fine with that until i saw how dirty the cup must've been before they poured the drink because I can see different specs that probably shouldn't be there. I ordered a thai green tea for myself and even though it's yummy, now im a little worried about my drink. My dad didn't want to go back and change it because it wasn't a big deal but i love it here and would hate if something like this happened again. read more

Get the Frozen mocha :) Great teas; however, the works can be pretty rude the female cashier or the guy in the back way too happy to where it seems incredibly fake. Other than that good teas again. read more
