    Okinawa milk tea
    Jenny Q.

I wanted to try a new place for boba and this place did not disappoint! I ordered the Okinawa milk tea with less sugar and it was just right for me--lots of tea flavor while having pretty good boba. Ordering was fast and I left in less than 10 minutes. Lots of space in the parking lot here as well. I'll have to come back and try the other drinks.

I enjoy their fruit tea drinks. Made very fresh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also the place is very clean and calm to hang out in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute little spot for Bobba.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All the standard options like little to no ice or sugar you find in the regular tea places PLUS more. Lots of add ons options. Can't remember the name of exactly what was it but the coconut tea was the best Ive had. Service was ok . [[HIGHLIGHT]]Location was clean as it's brand new.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Decided to come here for the first time with my husband. I ordered the Peach Spring Tea, and my husband ordered the Lychee Smootea with snow cream. The drinks came out quickly and were excellent. The Peach Spring Tea uses a fruit puree rather than just a peach syrup. The tea flavor was fresh and came through, rather than being drowned out by the fruit flavor. The Lychee Smootea was similarly fantastic, with a light and refreshing flavor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is well-kept. It's spacious and not cramped.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was also great. The girl working the counter was polite and had a positive attitude and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend.

Was in the area craving boba and came across this place in a beautiful and neighborhood, riverstone. We've tried the Thai tea, strawberry snow and Oreo milkshake. All of them were very tasty! The Oreo wasn't as chocolatey as I expected but it was for my boyfriend and he loved it, so that's all that matters. Now we live and work not to far from here and will definitely frequent. I've been here 3 times already!

Visiting from out of town and I wanted to check out a new boba place. It's deep into a residential area way off of Hwy 6, so I wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for Yelp. It's pretty clean and trendy looking. Not very crowded. Service was friendly and very catered to my liking. There was a girl beside the cashier who made excellent recommendations and also made suggestions to my list of drinks that would enhance the flavors. I appreciated her input as it was helpful. I ordered the matcha rose latte (get regular sweet to taste the rose and it was yummy), mango smootea (was more like a slushee), Lychee smootea (tasted like a lychee), mango milk tea (was really good with mango bits), and taro milk tea (lots of taro flavor). Overall everything tasted pretty flavorful and it was yummy. I will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Easy to find, plenty of parking and staffs are friendly. Early grey milk tea (5/5) you can really taste the tea. Next time I'll try to get something else but I tend to stick to my usual

Mango milk tea with real mango purée

It's always great to get a new boba shop in Sugar Land! I ordered the mango milk tea, which is made with real mango purée. I was excited about this since most places only use mango syrup. The drink had a decent mango flavor - I got it with no sugar added which was just right for me, sweetness wise. The boba was a nice, chewy consistency but lacked sweetness. The mango tea itself though lacked a bit of something, maybe a bit more mango flavor? It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I tried my husband's black milk tea and it was SO good! The tea flavor was very apparent. I would definitely get this instead next time.

This is a newly opened boba/tea shop. Owner was very kind and patient in answering my questions. She recommended me the store's bestsellers, and all tasted great. They don't use syrups. I could taste the tea in the drinks. So good. I had the lychee smootea, Thai milk tea, and kiwi fruit tea. My favorite is the kiwi fruit tea because it is refreshing and the aiyu jelly in the drink complements the fruit. Definitely going back to try other drinks.

I was greeted by a nice woman working today. I ordered the Jasmine green milk tea with oat milk & grass jelly. I requested less sweet. It was pretty good! Nice casual spot to sip your tea. Chairs looked very comfortable. I grabbed my tea to go. Thanks again for the warm welcome :)

Excited to have a new boba tea place right next to our home! If you like yea that tastes like tea...and not flavored syrup, then this is the perfect place! We tried 4 different types of teas - all delicious! The fruit flavored tea actually uses fresh fruit or fruit purée. The tea is flavorful and fragrant! We came in right at closing time and the staff was nice enough to stay open to make us our drinks - great service! Can't wait to try the brown sugar boba!

The mango green tea is solid! The other drinks are reasonably priced as well. The boba texture is soft and chewy, and well-cooked!

I live in Sienna and while there are so many boba options in Sugarland, the location of RareTea was what drew me to it initially because it is much closer to my area. Their fruit drinks are unique and they offer ice cream as well! Their shop is always sparkling clean. Their service is always friendly and welcoming. My favorite is their Kiwi Fruit Tea w/ Aiyu Jelly at 50% sugar! Drinks I want to try: Okinawa Milk Tea Duo Grape Tea Strawberry Snow Cream

Kiwi Fruit Tea w/Aiyu Jelly + boba

I got a mango green tea, no sugar, and brought back plenty of memories as to why I enjoyed it. However, where this place fell flat was the atmosphere. Let me caveat- if you like to study in complete silence, you might enjoy this place. Yes, I came during a weekday, but it's one thing to have the place silent because there's no one here, it's another to have a room at least half full and have it be deadly silent. I was afraid to talk because it was so quiet here. There wasn't even any background music to give it some background noise. The ice maker was the loudest thing in here. Also, I'm super annoyed because the internet sucks. I feel like I'm back in the dial up era where trying to open up a webpage or email takes multiple tries and I'm reading pages of a book in between while waiting for it to load. Even social media wasn't loading. Good ploy if you want people to be off their phones and talking to each other- too bad this place was so quiet today that I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that either. Overall, the drinks themselves are fine, no issues with that, but it could be a bit more lively.

There isn't as much to do here as the other location where there is/was games & things to read as well as snacks. This location seemed clean & looks decent. This location is also close to some fun Asian hangs & grocery stores. However, I didn't enjoy the back & forth involved in having to get my drink order correctly. When placing the order, I asked for a frozen slushy/snow type drink & so did my daughter. Walking away, I noticed a price difference on the screen (the lady refused to give a receipt when we asked - and no one was getting a receipt which I thought was weird). When we got our order, we got different drinks. My daughter got the texture I wanted & I got an iced drink. It's fine I thought, communication issue I'm sure. But the lady at the counter argued with me as I explained that I wanted what my daughter had, that was what I tried to explain earlier (an issue that perhaps would've been prevented if I had a receipt). Eventually she agreed to make me a new drink & I apologized while thanking her profusely - but as I walked away, the two younger women in the back kept looking up & laughing very loudly. Just seriously mean behavior. I don't think I'll be returning. The drink sizes, large selection, pricing & location is more my style at Teapioca anyways.
