We felt Daniel's fees were reasonable and decided to give it a try. Three days later, we got the surprise of our lives. Daniel found a way to recapture the words, photos and music that are so precious to us. He also taught us how to access the material to print out/view/and listen to on our new computer. We are so delighted to see old photographs again, listen to favorite music from the 1950s through the 1970s, and hear the voices of our parents who we recorded many years ago. Daniel's service includes picking up and returning the computers. He also showed us how to label things correctly, create new files, and adjust the audio properly.
