They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.

Not only did they not inform me that I would have to go back to Apple but that they could not restore the phone back to normal as promised. They did refund my money after I confronted them and they lied saying that they made me aware of the additional cost. Not True. They returned my phone with the screen damage but now with broken Face ID. I am filing compliant with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Relations, The Better Business Bureau and Apple Canada to make sure they can advertise they fix Apple products or use verified Apple Products.

In my panic of not having a phone I went to my carrier and they said it was irreparable and I ended up getting a new phone and being extremely upset that I had lost ALL of my pictures and music files that I had collected from the past two years. I kept searching and trying to find some way to get my data off my broken phone and was feeling like there was no hope. Then I decided to call my computer technicians (Crave Systems - awesome company) and they referred me to Milton Wireless. The owner, Shoaib, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to his store he took my broken screen off and put a new screen on so we could adjust the media synch settings and then he put my broken screen back on. I went home and was able to upload ALL of my files which I thought I had lost to my pc!
