Since I had not been told otherwise, I drove to the appointment on time to avoid being considered a no-show or potentially being charged a cancellation fee. I arrived, waited 15 minutes, and tried contacting her multiple times through text and Instagram, but received no response. I eventually received a response well after my appointment time saying she couldn't make the 10:00 AM appointment and could reschedule me for 11:30. Unfortunately, by that point, I had already rearranged my morning, driven there, and waited with no communication. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, the lack of communication and consideration for my time was extremely unprofessional. If my appointment could not be honored, I should have been clearly notified BEFORE I drove there.
