The donation area is in the BACK of the store. Drive up and unload your stuff inside.

I was looking for nearby places to donate baby clothing and toys. They were not kidding when they said kids grow up so fast, even within the first year! I learned that Goodwill in Dublin recently closed up shop and learned that Savers across the street does not accept ANY baby items for donations. Luckily, nearby Thrift Station does. You need to drive around to the back to access their donation station. After parking your car in the cramped lot, you can bring in your bags of donations. There's a whole crew of women in the back sorting and organizing things. I was able to donate four shopping bags worth of onesies, sleep sacks, pants, T-shirts, socks, etc. Unfortunately, they have limited capacity so they were not able to take larger items like play mats and crib mobiles. They were nice about it and suggested I try next week after they free up some space.

    Variety of items.

Chris is creative and does an amazing job of pulling things together in outfits. She really loves helping create options which I have no talent to do myself. She was so nice about it as well. I now feel like going back will be as nice as going shopping with a good friend. They offer a very nice variety of high end clothes that are organized nicely, easy to find what you need, and very reasonably discounted. I wanted to buy more items, but realized the shop is close to my home and I can just come whenever I need something! I hate to shop, but now I'm looking forward to it!

Stay away from this business…read more My wife consigned a designer two-piece outfit from Paris at A Dress Change. The outfit originally cost approximately $400 and had only been worn twice because it was too small. The consignment agreement was that it would be listed for $140, and if it did not sell within one year, the owner was supposed to contact my wife so she could decide whether to reduce the price, have it donated, or pick it up. We were never contacted. After 18 months, my wife called three separate times and left messages, but Jonni, the owner, who calls the shots never returned a single call. We then went to the store in person. The clerk, who was very kind and professional throughout this ordeal, initially told us the item had been donated. She wasn't able to confirm exactly what happened but promised she would have Jonni call us. Once again, Jonni never contacted us. When we returned to the store, we were told that the outfit had actually been sold and that we could pick up a check on Thursday. We came back on Thursday only to be told that Jonni writes checks on the third Friday of the month, so we had to wait another two weeks. We returned on the third Friday, and once again there was no check. The clerk was visibly upset and apologetic, saying the check would be available the following week. After multiple trips to the store, numerous unanswered phone calls, conflicting information about what happened to our merchandise, and months of frustration, we finally received a check for only $36. My biggest concern isn't the amount of money--it's the complete lack of communication and professionalism. We were never contacted as required by the agreement, our calls were ignored, we received contradictory explanations about whether the item had been donated or sold, and we had to repeatedly visit the store just to get answers. The clerk did everything she could, but the owner was essentially unreachable throughout the entire process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend consigning valuable clothing here. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I believe businesses should honor their agreements and communicate honestly with their customers.

I've had good experience here as a buyer besides some prices being way too high for a thrift store…read more My main issue recently is with donation. My recently donated a large amount of items while doing a clean out on a house. Some of the items were very nice and pretty valuable too. I just did not have time to sell them so I had to donate to get the house cleared out. I dealt with a guy wearing a cowboy hat, who was very nice to me. Very polite. Then my next trip I've dealt with another guy who is incredibly rude. Black dude, bald with a mustache. Everything that I was unloading, he had some negative comment to make. One thing was a Christmas tree still in its box. He said "this? Really? What the hell we gonna do with a Christmas tree in April??" then he continued to make comments about everything else. Luckily, the other guy came out with the cowboy hat and took over. And everything was fine after that. But Jesus Christ, when people are donating items for you guys to sell, you don't sit there and make shitty comments about everything they are donating. I will donate elsewhere from now on because of this employee.

I went to this Savers on a random Monday expecting thrift store chaos (you know, the good…read morekind)...and instead got department store pricing with a side of audacity. A Le Suit was priced well over $100, along with other items. Like I'm sorry, since when did used become "luxury resale adjacent"? A few items were reasonable, but the majority felt like someone discovered a pricing gun and a dream. At that point, just say you're a boutique and stand in it. Whoever is pricing at this location either needs retraining...or a gentle reintroduction to what the word thrift actually means. A true disappointment.
