tl;dr: 5 stars for service and responsiveness, 3 stars as I lost my case…read more Got a red light ticket in Culver City: right turn on red, did not come to complete stop, light turned from yellow to red .41 seconds before I crossed the threshold, per the city's claim. Ticket was $500. Ticket Ninja said I had a good chance to win so I went forward. They sent me lots of info about how to handle the case and were responsive the whole way. I felt confident, but ultimately lost the written trial by declaration. TN has a guarantee, but to get it you have to continue the process to a new trial which I didn't mind doing. I went to trial de novo. To do this you have to go to court and schedule a date. TN sent me a lot of info before the court date with how things would go which gave me confidence. On my court date, I didn't have a cop going against me, it was just the goons from Culver City admin. They tried to pressure me into guilty plea ("to get traffic school for sure instead of risking it") but I held my ground thanks to the info TN gave me. I went to trial before the judge, who warned us that now that we chose to go to trial that traffic school is up to his discretion. After CC goons presented evidence, I read out loud the statement TN gave me. Unfortunately the judge ruled against me -- the argument was that you can't prove its me because the pic is grainy and sunglasses, but the judge just said "I think that's you, guilty." Then he offered me traffic school which I accepted. I got my memo from the court, sent it to TN, and got my refund within a week or two. Ultimately I didn't lose anything using TN but did learn a lot about the traffic court process. I give a 3/5 since I lost my case, but I still believe I received very good service from them and would consider using them in the future. Fun fact: My traffic judge was James Hahn, former mayor of LA. I heard he is kind of a hardass on traffic tickets so I guess that's just my luck.

Claim To help but instead take your money and leave you in the same predicament as before. Right!. Well I have to share that "The Ticket Clininc" isn't one of these places. I hired them for a ticket i received for allegedly breaking a traffic violation. With all the things I already have going on in my stressful life, I was feeling very overwhelmed to now have this to deal with. So. My kids father had told me about this place and although I was hesitant, I decided to take the chance. This is my third time using the ticket clinic. And I was worried that third time would be a charm and ticket would stick. But now way, the ticket clinic go it dismissed. I've read a few reviews and people tend to complain that their citation wast contested/argued strongly enough. What you have to understand, and what was made very clear by the ticket clinic, is their process. 1st: they will hope citing officer doesn't show and ticket is dismissed. 2nd: if he/she shows, they will attempt to have judge reduce ticket to non moving violation. 3rd: if all else fails, they will request judge reduce fine. Either way you are saving money which will cover the cost of the ticket clinic. They've gotten me out of a few bad situations and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Even when I called for an update, phones were answered right away and clear status provided. I love the ticket clinic. Feel like I can drive with a bit more confidence knowing they are only one call away. read more

Unprofessional firm...DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH BEING RIPPED OFF! This business took $299 fee, did nothing to fight my ticket, exhausted all possible extensions with the court (which I could have used to buy myself more time to afford my ticket) and they did not provide real time updates. I received an email after the fact stating that my ticket was not resolved with the courts. I have been trying to reach a supervisor to request a refund or at least a partial refund, and keep getting the runaround by front desk advising that they are not in the office and will return my calls. This is a total sham as far as I'm concerned, due to the lack of partnership with their clients and total disregard to ask whether or not judge granted extensions should be exhausted! Will take this to Consumer Affairs, BBB and all over social media! read more

great service there great people also neighboring shops were helpful, i came to the Ticket Clinic when the employees were on lunch and a neighboring shop employee came out to let me know, they were on lunch and just left to stick around they should be back any minute, that was helpful. Staff was friendly and took care of me very quick.the ticket was in there back yard Glendale, speeding ticket on the freeway but i was not speeding, and the officer had no speed odometer to prove it so i hired ticket clinic and they got the case beat for 200 bucks not bad.. was very happy to hear they beat it and kept me informed the whole way up until the court date and after over all i was pretty satisfied i would rather take a risk with these guys then pay the court system for bullshit tickets but try not to get a ticket to pay neither lol read more

The Best Result anyone could ask for ! I was Refered by a friend who was represented by the ticket clinic and had success . I was very skeptical and honestly could have just taken traffic school as I had no prior violations or tickets . But in my case I wanted to fight the LAPD as this was really a BS ticket . I knew that at was a bit risky to do this as I could just pay the ticket , take traffic school and walk away . I was falsely ticketed, accused of speeding and driving in the diamond lane, unfortunately I missed my court date, resulting in my license being suspended. This service was a huge waste of money. I had a speeding ticket going 80 in a 65. I was asked to pay $421 to the court for it. I then paid the ticket clinic $200 to get it reduced or waived altogether, after all, it is their service (the service they advertise). The result was I am still paying $421, they are not refunding the $200, and their service resulted in no help. My $421 ticket turned into $621. Thanks for nothing Ticket Clinic. read more

When I called them to appeal, they said that there was no appealing the verdict which I think it's a bunch of bull....

I did not get my ticket dismissed, but I went against her advice, and they were still able to get me traffic school which keeps the negative points off of my license. Hopefully, for my sake, I never have to use them again but if I ever need a lawyer in the future I'll definitely contact them.
