BEWARE THE UPCHARGES. Stopped in here Saturday night while visiting St. Augustine. Got seated in the bar which was very nice. Had their lemon drop martini with Kettle One. A good visit, so we decided to return Sunday night. We were able to get a seat inside at the bar again, which I think is the way to go. Had a couple of Kettle One gimlets which were very good. Asked for my tab at the same time as the couple next to us. They were confused by the charges on their bill and the bartender explained that they had offered to buy a drink for a despondent regular sitting at the bar. Turned out to be a $23 martini, but, hey, you said you would buy her a drink. Looked over my bill and was confused because I was charged for 2 $18 English martinis and 2 $5 upcharges. I asked about the different charges and was told that it was the only way she could ring up my drinks. I was still confused since the English martinis were $12.50 on the menu, but the bartender stated that the upcharges were for Kettle One. No mention of upcharges on the menu that contained Kettle One and other premium vodkas. I made the point that I felt $23 for a Kettle One gimlet was pretty close to robbery and I would be sure not to come back. She ended up knocking a couple dollars off the tab but the damage was done. You will have to wait in line to get into this bar. The cocktails are based on vodka. Some of them are delicious, others are not. This place is very loud and crowded. But all people recommend this bar as the most popular in Saint Augustine. If you will not go there, you will definitely missed something. read more

I couldn't wait to check out all of the bookmarks I had for St. Augustine and this was top on my list. The exterior is super cute. Decorated nicely for the holidays. The Tini Martini bar is attached to a Bed and Breakfast. It's super busy. The staff is running around (all were pretty much complaining about their jobs). The bartender was preoccupied. The mood was just dampered and the staff seemed bothered by everyone. Inside is dare I say tini. I think it would have been nice to sit on the front patio to enjoy the scenery. The drinks were good and overall worth a visit but you may just stay for one drink with the uninviting vibe. read more

Our first time here. We came to this place on Thanksgiving. We were seated next to an INCREDIBLY over served older man and his gal/wife. Amongst the chatter of the drunk table next to me about my tattoos that I have, they would also not stop staring at my wife. We are a lesbian couple. We do not show ANY display of public affection due to not wanting, unwanted attention. The lady that was with him got up from her seat to straddle her man and make out with him while they waited to be served another round. After the table behind us (a group of 7 or 8 gay men) left another table asked if we knew the drunk folks as they would not stop staring at my wife and I. The drunk lady asked if my wife is my mom trying to be nosy. I informed her in fact it is not my mother, but indeed my wife. After that as you can imagine the conversation went south. The man then accused me of wanting attention, not sure if it's due to the tattoos or being gay, but I was looking for attention he stated. Jordan our server, informed me that the large table of men also left because of this couple and feeling uncomfortable. I was also informed that the manager was taking care of them, they were by FAR OVER SERVED. Our server informed us that they were asked to leave, but that took about 30 minutes because they had to finish the drinks they got and also had an incredibly difficult time trying to figure out the tab/tipping part. Not one time throughout this ordeal did anyone from management come over to our table. The worst part is the manager was the one taking care of these folks. I will NEVER come back to this place. Incompetent staff let me, my wife and child stand out in the rain waiting for a table only to tell us children are not allowed inside when we got to the front. Numerous staff members saw us waiting in line. No where on the website nor google does it say children are not welcome. Came here last night with friends for the first time ever . We were lucky enough to find a table for 6 in the front outside patio . Customer service : Our waiter named Brian was super professional and attentive . He was for sure a representation of upscale customer service . Environment : the bar itself is gorgeous! Such a beautiful outdoor space . I didn't get much of a chance to explore the inside but from what I saw it looks very good elegant as well . One side note that I must say , the restroom was not in the most superior condition as a bar of this quality should be . The restroom is a single bathroom and did not have the essentials which would be toilet paper . I looked to see if there was any spare but there was not . Anyhow . Other than that slight deviation the environment was lovely . Drinks : the first drink I ordered was a cucumber cooler . This was a refreshing lemony/cucumber gin and tonic which was nice . I misread the menu and I thought this was under martinis so I was a bit disappointment when it came out in a tall glass . The drink was wonderful as I am a huge fan and supporter of Hendricks gin . I just would recommend trying something that you can only get here . SO my second drink was the cappuccino martini . I give this martini 4 stars . 4 instead of 5 because it was a bit too sugary for me but it did have good ingredients . The drink I totally recommend and wouldn't of even thought of getting is the creme brûlée martini . I only tried a sip ( or two ) of my friends but it was so smooth and not sweet ( I mean overly sweet ) it was much less sugary than the cappuccino one I ordered . So next time Creme brûlée martini is what I'll be ordering . Another side fact about there Martinis that I didn't realize at first was you get a bit more than just the martini glass . They give you the shaker which had about a full other glass inside it !! What a nice surprise that was . However , prices are not cheap so I think that is only right ! Drinks range from 9-14 dollars . Last comment, is I wish the Tini martini had some sort of small snacks . Not even a kitchen but such a bowl of potato chips or any sort of munchies for the table . Day one of our Florida roadtrippin' galore and we decided to explore St. Augustine. After all, it's known as "the Ancient City" and "the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement and port". Nothing wrong with a little touristy quote now and then ;-). We parked our car and Tip from Flip: Parking along the Avenida Menendez is FREE on Sunday's! The Tini Martini is a hotel / cocktailbar (with live jazz music at night to get you in the Great Gatsby mode) and for the decor alone is this a must see! The whole interior just breathes southern decadence. But in a good way! And the cocktails... oh my friends let me tell you about the fabulous martinis: pear & pineapple is my new favourite combination and for a midday cocktail I would like to suggest: The coffee martini. Sitting on a warm day, overlooking the bay & blue ocean, you feel like drinking an iced coffee. It melts on your tongue, the coffee keeps you awake before the vodka kicks in. The staff is just beautiful: super friendly and they know their liquors... They don't pour your glass completely full, so you can walk safely outside to the terrace without spilling your drink. And, they give you the mini cocktailshaker so you can fill up your glass yourself and have an extra sip. Drinking cocktails here was the BEST way to start our trip! read more

Holy crap. Classic gin martinis are my kryptonite. I had one and couldn't move from my patio seat here for a little bit. It was delicious with it's blue cheese stuffed olives, and perfectly prepared by a man Dorian thought was attractive, so it was a fun time. The selection of martinis was really extensive, and the setting was great. The bar is connected to the Casablanca Inn, which is really charming. Expensive, but charming. At $12 a pop, one is really all you need to get the party started. Or to end it home and cart someone home in a wheel barrow. One of the two. read more

The ambiance is nice and the seating is outside of the Cassablanca Inn B&B. Views of the river & live music add to the atmosphere. The menu is pages upon pages of martinis, wines, and liquors. So why 1 star? Well I walked up to the hostess stand and she waited till it was convenient for her to finish her conversation with another guest before acknowledging I was standing there. Then when I told her I wanted a table she acted shocked, surprised, and what should she do next. She put me at a table on the back row behind a pillar where I sat for 10 minutes without one single of the numerous servers walking by even acknowledge I was sitting there. After being completely ignored for 10 minutes I finally got up and went into the hotel bar where the service was barely better- at least I finally got a drink. We have visited here and loved it in the past. This time (March 2018) however, we were kicked out at 1 drink (they were closing at 11 on a Friday night) due to short staff. The drinks are delicious but you are going to wait for them! The service is slow here. The prices could be a little lower. rudest staff i have ever encountered. during a severe thunderstorm we watched as they threw a mother and her 1 year old baby out of the restaurant lobby. the mother had just ducked in to shelter from the very dangerous storm and they refused to let them stay in the lobby or even on the front porch. they actually called the cops and had them thrown out into the pouring rain with severe lightening strikes coming down all around them!!!!!!! unbelivable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

My number one place to get drinks in Saint Augustine!!! Seriously though. Try the espresso martini if you are a coffee fan! My brother is s huge fan of their old fashion. If you like fruity drinks, you have plenty of options and can't go wrong. Their outdoor seating is crowded, but it suits the area and never bothers me. Plus, it gives you a great view of the waterfront. The inside of TiniMartini is a whole other feel. It is elegant, even the bar is classy. They also have a room with a TV that often plays sports. They really have a seating area to accommodate for anyone's preference! Tip! If you walk right inside, before you turn left, there is usually free trail mix or chips. read more

The location of the Tini Martini Bar is amazing. Right across from the fort and H20 and in a prime spot. It's the kind of bar you WANT to go to judging from what it looks like on the outside. The bartendar was very friendly and was able to manage herself well between all of customers coming into the bar. It was our bday weekend so my best friend got us each Key Lime Martinis and they were a bit pricey ($15 each). Still, it was our birthday and we first experienced Key Lime Martinis in Columbus when my boyfriend suprised us with a couple back in March. Sadly, the Key Lime Martinis were BETTER in Columbus @ Martini's. We were sad! It was like going to Italy and being disappointed in the Italian food. The experience I'll never forget and I am always appreciative of a good alcoholic beverage. Would I go back? Maybe and try something else. Perhaps it was just an off day. read more

We strolled by "Tini", as we came to understand the locals call it, and I instantly "this is the place for me!" I am a big Manhattan fan. We were seated at a perfect table for overlooking the water. i went with me "A" game order and said, "Makers perfect Manhattan up." The hostess was absolutely rude and had some sort of prejudice against our family. We walked up and said we had 12 people and were happy to split up. She said "we don't seat party's over 10" i again said we would split and she said no. I did a second head count and turns out we only had 10 people! I told her this and she said "uhhh wellll I can't seat party's 10 and more" and I asked, so if we had 9 we would be okay? She took a long pause and said "uhhhhhhhhhh well I can't seat party's 10 and more" so I again said we can do 5 and 5. She said no. I told our group "okay 5 people go walk down the sidewalk and come back in 3 min to get a table of 5 and 5 of us will stay here and get a table for 5" and THEN, THEN she said "well we close in 10 min" which is not even true! I have a time stamped screenshot with the hours the location. If it was true she would have said it in the first place. She was coming up with excuse after excuse as why to not seat us. I believe there to be prejudice or a larger reason behind this. This was my sisters college graduation day and this experience will leave a forever negative memory on the day. read more

I am not usually a martini drinker, but this past weekend, after we attended our friends' wedding in St. Augustine, we decided to swing by the Tini Martini Bar and meet up with some friends. The place is part of an inn and it was pretty cute. We got there close to mid night and it was still pretty crowded. We snatched two small tables and ordered a few martinis. I tried the Asian Pear and it was pretty good. At first I thought the $12.50 price was a bit steep for a martini, but the truth is, you get two glasses of martini because they also provide you with the shaker with pretty much another serving in it. My sister ordered the After Eight and hubby ordered something else that i forgot. I was thoroughly buzzed after sipping my martini. Overall, a pretty cool place to hang out and have a martini. read more

Let me start by saying, I adore The Tini Martini. I've been a frequent regular for several years and this place is something special. The location is nothing short of brilliant, situated right on the Matanza Bay. The waterfront view speckled with miraculous sailboats is just simply perfection. Sit on the front porch and enjoy one of their numerous craft martinis, or enjoy a glass of wine or craft beer at the indoor bar. Can't go wrong either way. The service is typically very attentive, although I've been a bit disappointed on their busier nights. The staff seems easily overwhelmed. But don't let that overshadow what could be a wonderful evening. Great for a date night or a quiet night with some friends. The martinis are always just so wonderful and the selection is amazing. The bartender is incredible and does a great job of juggling a full bar on an under staffed Monday night. **This is a great place, but when reviewing it, don't be confused. It is not the same thing as Brunch. They are located in the same place but should be rated as different entities. Tini Martini continues to be great and I'll continue to come back. A visit to St. Augustine isn't complete until I come here! The atmosphere during the day or night-time is super nice, though the view overlooking the water is definitely best at sunset and night. The martinis are pricey but the server leaves the shaker with you and you actually get around 2.5 drinks out of it. My one disappointment is that all of the outside seating allows smoking so during a visit I had a hard time breathing due to a table of four next to me who were all smoking. It'd be nice if there were at least 2 tables reserved for non smokers outside! read more
