Star of the show - Gabagool!
    Lisa R.

We only stopped by Saint for cocktails on the rooftop, and honestly...no regrets. The Gabagool (vodka, lemon sorbet, and prosecco) was fantastic! It was bright, refreshing, and way too easy to drink. Are the cocktail prices a little outrageous? Yes. Did we still happily sip every drop? Also yes. The gorgeous ambiance, lovely views of Matanzas Bay, and amazing service made it feel like a splurge that was totally worth it while visiting. Even beyond the rooftop, the restaurant itself is stunning. Multiple indoor and outdoor dining spaces, all beautifully designed with a cohesive, elevated style and you can tell a lot of thought went into the space. We absolutely plan to come back to actually eat and explore more of the restaurant, because if the drinks and atmosphere are any indication, the food is going to be just as impressive.

Excellent fine dining located on the beautiful coast in the historic city of St.Augustine. The building is beautiful and the aesthetics are breathtaking. Our sever was a sweetheart and the entire staff presented me with a signed birthday . All of our dishes were delectable and palate pleasing .

We came to Saint to share an entree as it was the second food spot we went to on the strip. The wait was about 45 mins but the amount of bar space available while we waited made it fun. We listened to music and enjoyed some Aperol spritz. We got the bread service and butternut squash ravioli. The ravioli was 10/10 definitely recommend if you are a pesto lover!!!!

One of the most enjoyable dining experiences of my life. You will want to call this place home. The staff are first grade, professionally trained, and well managed. The menu is very diverse. The kitchen is obviously committed to excellence in every dish they prepare. A special shout out to chef Katelyn

Beautiful restaurant. Very classy just across from the bridge of lions. Ate at the bar as a single. Bar staff were attentive. Staff was well turned out in matching tshirts. I was just killing time before a tour so I got the sweet hot peppers appetizer... I was not disappointed at all. I will have to go back and try the 100 layer lasagna

Came here on Saturday for lunch/brunch. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing. It's very gorgeous place inside and outside. It's also very modern and has very unique decor. Service was pretty decent but nothing special. I think most servers are just season workers/college students, so they are not super familiar with many things. Even though we came in during brunch, they offer dinner menu as well, which is great. We had fennel and orange salad, feta dip and seafood bucatini. Feta dip was the worst part of the meal, it was kind of sweet, the chips were super fried, and in general didn't seem like it was as described in the menu. Definitely not a good dish. Salad on the other hand was delicious and seafood bucatini. I would definitely recommend the place but don't get feta dip.

This new restaurant gets an A+ for atmosphere. It has multiple levels and dining areas, and the outdoor patio--with string lights and greenery--is a very nice touch. The service was friendly and attentive as well. The shared concern among our group was the value for the money. My Cacio e Pepe portion was quite small for the hefty price tag. Others in my party said they couldn't detect any lobster in the lobster ravioli, and another guest mentioned that their butternut squash dish seemed to be missing the squash altogether. It's not very vegetarian-friendly--the filet received good reviews--but overall, the portions and pricing left us a bit underwhelmed.

This is a gorgeous venue, perfect for a special date or that special birthday. The food is good, yes, but the venue is simply amazing. Service was also stellar, and while our waiter Sam, was stuck with our party of 18, he handled it with ease. He guided us through the menu, made suggestions and made us feel like the only guests of the night. It was a chilly night, so Saint had a fire going in their fire pit and the heating lamps stationed around to keep things warm. I have no idea what this spot was before Saint renovated it, but there is not a trace of what it was to be seen. But no mattter how gorgeous this spot is, you want to know about the food: Made Man - a little bitter, 2/5 Ricco - delicious 5/5 Lemon Drop - loved this, 5/6 Lobster Arrantia - not much lobster, spicey finish Zucchini Frites - AMAZING, best app that we had Bread Service - another solid choice, great plating, great assortment, great butters Octopus - ordered, it did not come, so no idea. Meatballs - god bless these were good. Osdo Buco - plating was phenomenal, but the dish had a little too much salt. Filet - well plated, perfectly cooked. Short Ribs w/ Pasta - my dish, it was a really small portion, in fact a table mate had a side of spaghetti that had more food tgan I did. Plus, it just tasted like spaghetti with meat sauce, good - yes, just did not ever taste the short ribs. Chicken Parmesan - oh my, great portion, delicious fish. Lamb Chops - another gorgeous place and it hot rave reviews. Bronzino - we'll done, great dish. Salmon - another solid choice, well plated and tasty, Cheesecake - good dessert, not amazing, but good. This is a special place, enjoy it, take your time and relax.

Loved sitting on the balcony in the open air and view of the water. The cheese curds, beef carpaccio and bread service were tasty choices for the group. The whipped feta dip was good but not exactly what we expected but tasty. It was more saucy and soupy for dipping vs more spread like. My lemoncello cheesecake with blueberry compote stole the show. It was perfection with lemon curd like topping. Worth every calorie l. And our server was amazing she worked hard and shared funny tidbits to our conversation that just matched our energy.

Date night = Nights of Lights + Saint Perfect end to a wonderful night. We had reservations and were seated right away even though it was a very busy night. The food was all delicious but the bruschetta and caprese salad left a lot to be desired. The bread with the bruschetta was stale and the tomatoes on the caprese were small and flavorless. This was our first time trying the mozzarella curds and we will definitely order them again. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca and it was perfect. My husband ordered the 100 layer lasagna and he said it was below average tonight to the point that he would not order it again. His Caesar salad was amazing as always. The prize definitely went to the dessert. We ordered the pear crostada and it was better than we remembered from previous visits. Service was excellent with frequent drink refills and updates on food status. Overall, we love the ambiance and the different seating options of Saint.

Wow. We went to Saint for our 3 year anniversary. I'm so glad we did. We had made a reservation but ended up sitting at the bar since the vibes were great there. We both shared our foods we got the shrimp scampi as our appetizer. Highly recommend getting an extra focaccia we did that and ended up being a perfect appetizer for two and very delicious. For our entrees we did the short rib bolognese and the wood grilled filet. We both loved both but definitely preferred the filet. And for dessert we had the limoncello cheesecake. WHEN I TELL YOU PLEASE GET THE DESSERT!!! Omg it was amazing mouthwatering just thinking about it. It was so good the next day when we were leaving we got two of the desserts to go to take back home. The service was immaculate too. I definitely recommend you trying this place out if you haven't we will definitely be back and hopefully soon!

Came to Saint in St. Augustine for my 30th birthday for the first time and everything from the staff to the food was incredible! Everything was so fresh, it was very clean. There is seating inside and on the rooftop that faces the water. I cannot wait to be back!

Soooooo good!! Service, food and ambiance were outstanding! We finished our lunch entrees before I could take a pic, but they were absolutely delicious. And the dessert in the pic looked amazing and was truly delicious. I can't wait to go back for dinner!

One of the coolest touches? A TV disguised as a piece of art that's actually a live stream of downtown St. Augustine. Such a fun, unique detail! Now let's talk food I ordered the shrimp and grits tacos, and WOW--they were packed with flavor. The grits added this unexpected crunch that worked so well with the shrimp. The textures blended perfectly and made every bite interesting. My husband went for the Miyagi beef tacos... and let's just say there were zero leftovers. He cleaned his plate, which says everything. To enter the bar, you go around the corner to the side entrance. Be warned that this place gets packed. We walked in stood at the other side of the bar and looked at the menu. Then saw a couple leaving so we high tailed or should I saw duck waddled it over to grab their stools. And they are duck butts!! How cute!! The stools at the bar are the duck butts but they also have couches for seating that are cut out bath tubs and other tables near the wall that have regular bar stool type chairs. It's loud in here too! Because everyone is just having fun and how could you not when you're surrounded by rubber ducks!! Staff is attentive and they will even rinse off your duck and souvenir stuff before you leave. All you have to do is ask. There are markers at the bar for drawing also. I ordered the tipsy duck. I wanted frozen drink and she said this one would be like a strawberry daiquiri which it was close but not exact. Still tasted really good and best part was it cooled me down from walking around in the Fl heat! It came in a cute little golden bathtub and a flashing duck! And I got to keep them as souvenirs. Every drink comes with a duck, so you don't have to worry about not getting one. And you get to keep the duck. All ducks on wall are for sale and do t forget to visit the bath shop when you're done with your bevy. They have nice stuff over there for bath as well as more ducks and attire.
