If you were to drive past this place you probably wouldn't even give it a second look. I know I have, probably hundreds of times!!! This would be my 4th time here getting new tires on different cars. They are very fast and very good at what they do. Won't sell you something you don't need or make the work take longer than it should. If you need your tire guy to be wearing a chain stores tee shirt to feel good about your choice then this NOT the place for you. they changed 4 tires start to finish in just over 20 minutes compared to mavis it was an hour 15 for my work van. Firestone was over an hour AND they loosened my steering linkage to make the truck out of alignment. Very shady. These guys here are all hard working, knowledgeable and no shenanigans.... This is the only tire shop I will use. read more

I took my 2018 Hyundai there on Monday for a realignment. I chose them based off of these good reviews and was under the impression they were an alignment specialist. They told me they could not do a proper realignment because they suspected damage to my front axle and/or my rear shocks. They charged me $50 to rotate my tires and didn't even give me a print out. This made me extremely nervous because those fixes cost more than 1000$. I took my car to my regular mechanic and he said there were no mechanical problems of that nature and he did a proper realignment and solved my issue. Not sure if they were trying to scam me for 50$ and then some or if they were just not knowledgeable, most likely the latter. read more

Had a screw in my tire, close to the sidewall. Foreign car guys hemmed and hawed that I'd need a new tire; dealer wanted me to schedule an appointment. Then, I pulled into Tires Tires.... they hopped down under my car, spent all of 2 minutes removing the screw and plugging the hole. Never even had to put my car on a lift! Then the best: they said "you're all set, no charge". What an amazing difference, when a business does the right thing. So grateful for their honesty, promptness and cordiality, I handed them a $20 anyway. Now....where do you think I'll go when I need to purchase a set of tires?! Smart. Thanks guys. read more

The Jersey shore has three unique superlatives: the beach, the Boss, and now the best tire repair shop. I had two punctured tires from my construction site NYC 'hood and was racing down to the shore for a funeral in Sea Girt on a freezing Friday morning. I couldn't keep putting in air at rest stops; the increasing deflation was dangerous; repairs were needed - immediately. Checking online reviews over the priest's homily, "Tires Tires" stood out like a beacon in the fog. Blinded by the light of positive reviews, I pulled out of the funeral cortege and pulled in to this unassuming small highway repair store. Three mechanics jumped out and worked on both tires like an Indy pit crew, surgically removing the dastardly screws, fixing the two tires, and not even trying to upsell me. I pulled out on the icy roads and made it back to the wake with full tires and a nearly full wallet (they charged less than 40 bucks). Fantastically responsive and helpful. I showed up at 4:15pm with a frighteningly wobbly steering wheel as I was trying to drive up north with two small children. These guys immediately put it up on the rack and identified the issue. This place is Great! I've been by there several times and they are always helpful and honest. Helpful, honest and friendly are three things that (unfortunately) don't often apply to auto care places. I have had my oil changed there and some tire work done. I even had a problem with my TPMS sensors and they wouldn't try to fix them because . . . They are Honest! They told me that it would end up being a waste of money for me as it might not work. WHAT!?! How cool is that! They were so honest as to tell me the truth and not try and make money off of something they knew inevitably might not work. That's A+ service to me. Guys were really helpful and HONEST!! I had a screw in my motherinlaws tire and they could have easily said that i needed new tires. They showed me the screw, and even said you have plenty of time on the tires and had me out of there in 10 minutes.. Don't know their names but Nice bunch of guys. As my daughter drove in, they guided her to the lift. No wait and they were busy. Very organized. Two tires installed, the other tires rotated and a new tire pressure sensor installed in about 10 minutes. You wouldn't even get the paper work done that fast at the other tire places around here. Even got a nice cash discount. We were drinking coffee and eating donuts 15 minutes after pulling up.. Tire pressure monitor light is off. Very good experience. Thanks guys read more

We had a slow leak in our tire and stopped by to have them check it out. Two guys were working in the garage and said to drive up on the low ramp. Within seconds, they had the tire off, sprayed the soap solution and located the bubbles from a small screw lodged in the rut. They used pliers to pull it out, plugged it, and charged us a price low enough that we were surprised. We were literally there for under five minutes. Outstanding experience. read more

I am so happy I found this place. I am new to Brick and don't have a regular mechanic. I have been going to the rip off dealership. I had tires and brakes fixed here and both were no stress experiences. They were able to take my car in with little notice and finished the service in 20 mins for my tires and an hour for my brakes. I'm used to wait three hours at the dealership. The staff is friendly and communicative and prices reasonable. I also am female and do not like how some dealerships especially speak down to me or like I'm stupid. I did not feel this way here and felt comfortable. read more

Pretty simple work. Patch a leaky tire. Check. Front end alignment and balance tires and see if rotors are warped. NOT DONE PROPERLY. SUV still shook and pulled. When I took it back because it still wasn't right, instead of checking their own work, they told me to take my 2011 4Runner to Toyota because it was from major suspension/drive train issues and would cost thousands to repair. They also told me their alignment machine was "limited" to under 60 mph. Took it to another auto repair (Joe's in Brick). All 4 tires out of balance and way out of alignment. All better just by doing the alignment, replacing two warped rotors and balancing properly! Go ahead and use them if you need tires and NOTHING else, but I'm DONE with them. read more
