This is a strong recommendation of the tire store. We were in from out of town. We had been discussing new tires so I decided to yelp and give it a shot. When we arrived I was a little skeptical at the appearance, however looks are usually deceiving. And in this case I'm extremely happy I went in. The staff was very helpful in exploring my options. The best. Was in a panic. Told my tires were going to be $1200 by some other joker. Called these guys. Incredibly nice. Checked on tires. A third of the previously quoted price. I moved out here this month, made the drive from the east coast & got a flat in Nebraska so my Jetta was due for new tires. Sent them a message on Yelp, returned my message, said the manager/owner would call me in about ten minutes, he called me within the time stated!! Who does that anymore!! These guys do that's who!! The first thing that struck me about The Tire Store was when I walked in at least 2 tire technicians came up to me to assist me, then the owner Greg..they were amazing and quick! The best customer service I have ever experienced at a tire place. I didnt feel that they were overselling or ever trying to convince me that I needed something that I didnt. They are all about customer service and your needs. I actually overheard the owner on the phone with a random caller asking about tires and he didnt have what the customer needed, the owner actually recommended another tire store and thanked the caller for calling him first. Sam at The Tire Store, thank you for saving my day! There I am, Monday morning, dropping my son off at school, and some nice driver lets me know that I have an utterly flat tire! We've only lived here about 6 months, so I had no idea where to go. So what do I do? I yelp it. And after reading the rave reviews for this place, and then realizing it's just a short drive from where I am, I high tail it over there. I drive up, Sam walks right out, pops the tire off, and submerges it to find that I have a leaky valve. He replaced the valve, got the tire back on, checked pressure on all the other tires, and sent me off with a wave and a smile.... and NO CHARGE. I stared at him blankly. He said he didn't have to actually replace anything so there was no charge. Speedy, friendly, and FREE? Yes, you can bet I'll be going back to The Tire Store when I need new tires. read more

These guys got me in and out in no time today! After getting a bad puncture in one of my tires, Discount Tires tried to convince me that I needed to buy 4 brand new tires (my car is only 1 year old but Subaru has already discontinued the single tire I would need). These guys hooked me up with a used tire equivalent to my existing tires for $50 (tire and labor). They saved me a ton of money and saved three perfectly good tires from being replaced. Integrity is found here. Went in with a visible tire puncture, or so I thought. They removed the wheel and brought it inside. Shortly after they came and found me and handed me a piece of metal they said did not puncture the tire, and sent me on my way. No charge. I returned a couple months later with an actual puncture. I had a nail my tire. My car dealer told me it was too close to the sidewall to fix.I called the Tire Store and they said they'd have a replacement tire for me the next morning. Greg even called me the next day to confirm it was in. I drove over and was in the waiting room for a few minutes. I was amazed when Greg told me that my tire could be repaired. He showed me, using a new tire in the shop, the tread zone of the tire where it's safe to repair. He also explained that some tire places (or in this case my dealer) will tell you a nail is too close to the sidewall when it really isn't . His guys actually looked inside my tire to make sure there was no damage to the side wall inside. As my tires had only 20K miles on them, I was thrilled. I was out of there in 10 minutes for $10 instead of close to $200. You can be I will be back for all my tire needs forever! read more

What I appreciated most about these guys was that I was there to buy new tires that day and Greg quoted me a price on a brand new set of tires and before I had a chance to discuss my price range he also offered up a used set of tires (a better brand, still w/ 90% of the treat) that saved me about $300. I can only add a little more to the already glowing reviews for Greg and his fine team. I bought my tires last night online from tirebuyer.com and The Tire Store was listed as one of their installers. They gave the price for installation online and it seemed reasonable, so, I decided to go with them. No sooner had I received the email, early this afternoon, that my tires had been shipped; I got a call from Greg telling me my tires were there and would I like to book and appointment to get them installed. He said they could even fit me in before closing and said it would only take 20 minutes. Skeptical as I was, I said I'd be over in a half hour and Greg said that would be fine. To my surprise, I pulled in the lot and, within minutes, he and his guys were swarming my car like an Indy pit crew. True to his word, Greg had me out of there in 20 minutes at the price quoted online plus the $3 per tire disposal fee. Reasonable, fast and true to their word. I bought five brand new tires and a five year insurance/warranty plan on them for a total of $1,650 dollars in 2015. They said the insurance plan covers everything from tire blowouts to punctures. "Free" repairs and possible replacement for five years. 2.5 years later and the tires are feathering so I call them up and they treat me like absolute garbage because I don't know whether or not I have the receipt. They told me my receipt is my warranty. I asked if they had those things on file somewhere and he said no, they have no electronic system whatsoever. Turns out that the last time I had one of my tires repaired at Discount Tire, I handed them the paperwork (thinking that's where I had purchased them) and they set it aside because it didn't have anything to do with their business. Discount tire happily repaired my tire free of charge and were as nice as can be. This place, The Tire Store, deserves to be put out of business for lack of customer care and an antiquated business system. read more

I checked prices everywhere. These guys had a good selection and the best prices. They put the new tires on in 20 minutes. The price they charged was exactly the same as promised on their website. They ONLY sell tires, so they don't hassle you with any of the upsell BS--you know the, "we noticed your air filter is dirty...we noticed your brake pads...do you want roadside protection?". As it turned out, I definitely needed some to handle the upcoming weather. At first I was annoyed at the prospect of buying new tires because I didn't want to spend the money, but I'd been slipping around the Denver metro area a lot over the last few months and agreed to buy new tires.
