The Tire Store just saved my day. I've been coming here for the last few years after investing in snow tires for biannual switch outs. Their snow tires have been solid and as I remember a fair price, but that's not why I'm writing this review. I called in a panic after my car started violently shaking on I-70. I was able to get off the highway, pull over and (what else) google for advice (how did we live without Iphones??!)... interwebs say it's a tire balance issue so I immediately call the Tire Store and demand they help me because they were the last to adjust my tires. I'm frazzled when I arrive after the highway scare but they calmly point out the real issue- I've run over fresh asphalt. It's thick, very sticky and covered over half my tire. They aren't sure they are able to remedy the situation but offer to try... 20 mins later they came into the waiting room with a tennis ball sized wad of tar they were able to scrape off. This saved me $$$ (don't have to replace tire), serious concern (I can drive on the highways again!) and getting my hands covered in gnarly stuff. Super nice guys, very quick. They told me exactly what it would cost in advance, and also disposed of my worn out old tires for a nominal fee ($3/each). I left a hot cup of coffee at home before I went to the Tire Store, and it was still warm when I got back... that's how fast they are. read more

Great overall all experience! Very fast.. I was quoted a direct price over the phone, pulled up to have them installed.. Two tire ninjas started working on the installation and within 25 minutes I was back in the road! I can't recommend The Tire Store highly enough. Anyone searching for tires knows it can be a smarmy business, with high-pressure (no pun intended) sales people shooting for the up-sell and trying to milk you for extras. Not so here. Greg (owner) gave me a a very reasonable 'out the door' quote on the tire I wanted. No upsell, no extras. The technicians took me back to show me how my old tires were wearing a little unevenly and even replaced a missing center cap with one they had on-hand at no charge. Breath of fresh air... Not only did they not try and up- sell me but they have a discount for buying 4 tires AND were well below the quote given by all other companies I called. Also, a big relief was that they weren't condescending towards me just because I'm a woman. I'm tired of calling places and they're shocked that I know my tire size. These guys are fantastic. I couldn't believe the service. I talked with Greg several times over the phone and he made sure to give me a few options of different tires. The tires for my car are VERY hard to get and they actually were able to pull them out of their warehouse and have them ready to go on my car in 1 Hour! I called 5 other places ALL of which needed 3-7 business days. The cost end up being slightly higher as a result but it saved us several days which is well worth the price. On top of that, they were insanely...I mean, insanely fast. I have always been a Discount Tire customer, but my wait time there has half or even faster than that. Keep in mind, this is no fancy pants joint. It's an in and out tire shop. So it won't have all of the bells and whistles and it may not be pretty to look at, but they are darn good at what they do. LASTLY, it's a mom and pop locally owned shop for close to 30 years. You can't beat that cuz you know your supporting your local guys vs a corporation who is just running you in and out as a number. I was relieved at having the option of The Tire Store, which had such great reviews on Yelp, at 5:15 pm one day when I drove over a nail on Federal Blvd. Now obviously I was in a desperate position, and facing the prospect of going carless for awhile, not to mention kicking myself because I had just bought 4 very expensive brand new tires, one of which was now in shreds. The Tire Store people said, It's not patchable. I understand that, and they show me why, and it makes total sense. That part, I'm okay with. Next thing I know they sell me a SIXTY DOLLAR USED TIRE because a) apparently the prices of used tires were up at that moment (that happens??) and b) they told me it was a high quality used tire that matched the tread on my others. One more time, $60 for a used tire, the most I have ever paid. This was several months ago and I have been consistently re-inspired to write this review because of how horribly the ridiculously priced used tire they sold me has held up. It is almost entirely bare, while my other tires retain perfectly good tread. Now I know I'm a young woman with out of state plates, and it might be an easy sell when I desperately needed a tire on my car, but do NOT go to these people. They will RIP YOU OFF!!! Selling me a crappy tire for a bad price makes them a bad business. I will tell everyone I know not to go here. read more

As happy as I was with the price of the tires...I just brought my car in to get the tires rotated and they said they were too small to rotate my tires. They charged me 15 bucks. SO...with that said by the time I get my tires rotated every 5k miles it will have cost me as much as a much higher quality tire closer to home. A little disappointed. read more

I need to start this review by saying that I did not actually buy my tires here. They didn't have them in stock and needed to ship them in. The man on the phone was friendly, kind and helpful. He suggested 3 other tire stores in the Denver area after I said I would call him back after getting other quotes. I was able to buy same day tires at one of these stores. He completely understood my need to get winter tires immediately. I started off going here to just have my winter and summer tires swapped out as the seasons changed. They remembered me and some specific lug nut issues I have each season. They are very attentive and educated me on some future issues. I usually buy my tires over the Internet, but chose to get them directly from the tire store this last time. I called The Tire Store regarding 2 tires to be replaced on a vehicle I am borrowing for the month of January. I did call other places prior, but the deciding factor were the reviews and ability to have the tires in 30 minutes. I dropped the car off the following night and told them I would pick the car up at 1 P.M. Because I am only here temporarily, I was reliant on others to get me back and forth to The Tire Store. The original plan fell through and I was not able to make it until 30 minutes after closing to pick-up the car. The staff waited and served me without hesitation and in a congenial manner!! I went in last week after sliding on some ice because of my balding tires. They are really nice guys, and super fast. I dropped a lot of money, but they explained the benefit of name brand tires that have a warranty. I didn't feel duped, even though I am sure they were not the cheapest set of tires I could have purchased, they were the ones they had at the time and I needed them. They also sent me a thank you card, which in this economy, means a lot to me. read more

I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked into the store and the Tire Store found it. The installation was quick and easy and happened right in front of me where I pulled up. One of the sensors on my wheel wasn't resetting and they troubleshooted until it was fixed. They even offered to replace the sensor if it never responded. read more

I was referred to these guys last summer by an auto shop in the Highlands when I suspected something was causing a fast leak in one tire. The auto shop specifically said to go here and NOT the place across the street - they were right! When I pulled up they immediately came to the car to talk to me. The place seemed busy and I was prepared to wait, but they had me in and out with a nicely patched, screw-less tire in under 15 minutes! It was also by far the least expensive tire repair I've ever encountered (I think it was only 10 bucks!). Fast forward to winter 2016 when I'm told by a dealer doing warranty work on my car that I need a full new set of tires. I contacted Greg at The Tire Store via their website to ask for his recommendations. He responded quickly with three suggestions and I checked against TireRack to compare ratings and prices. It was obvious Greg knew the best options and that his shop had very competitive pricing. Once I made my decision the tires were available to be installed the following day. Installation took less than 30 minutes even without an appointment! And I learned they do quick and inexpensive tire rotations as well! I highly suggest these guys! Had to get a pair of tires for our work van. Now most places always try to sell you four tires, but we only needed two and only had enough money for two. At The Tire Store no problem. I've waited hours to have tire put on before, not here. They didn't have my size in stock, no worries they sent someone out to get them, 5 minutes later he was back. I love this place, a year ago I went in to get a tire fixed that had a nail, simple enough right? I ended up buying a whole new set of tires because two of them were bald and the third had a nail in the wall of the tire and couldn't be fixed. Even thought I was in a pretty vulnerable position needing tires immediately, they didn't try to oversell me. I ended up with a fair price on new tires. This morning I stopped in because my tire pressure light had come on and I was worried it was more than just the cold weather. They were so helpful. Within five minutes they had checked and inflated all my tires and I was on my way. No charge and very friendly! I highly recommend these guys. read more

Had a set of tires I needed put on my truck so after reading some yelp reviews I decided to try the tire store, and glad I did. pulled in and it looked like they had about 3 or 4 cars they were working on. When greg asked if he could help me and I showed him my tires and told him what I needed done, He said that will be about 30 minutes and we will have you outta here. 50 bucks for a set of tires mounted and balanced is a pretty good deal, plus he told me a few more things about my truck that could be problems later on and to watch out for, They are the place for fast and fair tire service. As a woman it is sometimes a little feel intimidating going into in a male dominated establishment especially because I don't know much about cars much less tires, but this place completely changed that. Even when I called before hand to get a quote the vibe I got was very different from other establishments I had called before coming across this one.
