So I had a nail in my tire and the side wall seemed bad. I went to a tire shop where they said I needed a whole new tire. However, when they looked the size up they didn't have the tire in stock. I then went to check if THE TIRE STORE had it. They told me they would run up an inspection and see if they could just repair it before they even suggested I get a whole new tire. I felt they had my best interest at heart. Made my horrible day a lot easier and better. May God bless their business. read more

As a woman, I always find it intimidating to go into these types of places (even though I grew up working on cars), because you always have to be on the defense while holding your bum cheeks. But I've been here a few times for various things and I've never paid for anything I didn't absolutely need, never been pushed to buy anything, and I've even walked out without being charged for checking a tire I thought had a leak. Their prices are great and are the cheapest on comparison I've found in the valley. They are always quick and courteous, but they're busy. Don't come here looking for consoling and hand holding. Worst customer service! Called for a used tire. Informed them the size I was looking for and was put on hold for 7/8 minutes. Second employee picks up the phone and asked what size tire I was looking for again?... Wow, hold time I was waiting they weren't even looking for the tire! Zero stars!! I purchased 6 brand new bf Goodrich tires for my ford F -450 along with an alignment mounting and balance. I had to bring my truck back within less then a month do to my truck pulling to the right. The guys told me alignment was perfect and it was the truck (linkage) doing it. I spent more then 2,000 dollars less then 5 months ago and less then 10,000 miles. I went back yesterday do to right front tire being completely worn on outer edge and truck pulling even harder then ever to have the guy give me every reason in the world why it was my fault. I service my truck regularly and rotate my tires regularly the gentleman helping was extremely rude. Strongly recommend shopping elsewhere for tires!! Where a company can stand behind there work!! I've been going to the tire store since before I was driving, they've taken care of my family's tire needs for decades and I've literally NEVER had a bad experience with them, they always go above and beyond and never try to price gouge or mislead customers. Scam! I came in with a nail in my tire. The first person (salesman) immediately said I needed a new tire. I said I absolutely do not want another tire. I only want a patch. My husband can come back and buy a tire if he wants but I only want a patch. I stood in the 100 degree weather watching as two other young men diagnosed the tire and took the tire off to patch it. They sent me in the office and followed with a white receipt for the patch. The office worker reprimanded the young man for bringing the receipt before completing the work and threw it in the trash. I waited in the office and suddenly see the "salesman" taking the young man and my wheel into the back. When I ask why I was told to test it for leaks. Then another office worker says "oh no, you needed a used tire because your tire couldn't be patched. We already put it on. ". I confronted him that they can not do that without my permission. He took me to the back and pulled a tire from a stack of 20 and proceeded to tell me that this was my tire and it couldn't be patched, as he ripped a piece out of the inside. When I stood my argument that it was wrong he said they could put my tire back on or my spare. I had no idea where my tire was!!! When I insisted this was wrong he continued that it was only $10 more for the tire what was the big deal. He finally offered to let me take the tire for the price of the patch though I paid him for the tire. I will never return. This process is illegal!! They can not do work without your permission! Save yourself some money and stress and go elsewhere. I'd rather pay more and be treated honestly than be swindled for less! read more

I was told by a big name competitor who I've been going to for years that I needed new tires. Given the year and mileage of the vehicle, I figured it was a bit soon. Two coworkers recommended the Tire Store to me since they are capable of a more thorough diagnostic of my vehicle. I went there at opening, they brought my Charger to the alignment section for a drive and inspection. Once it cleared that inspection, they took off the tires, rotated them for me at no cost (since they were doing the inspection anyway) and gave me a detailed explanation on their diagnosis. They not only rotated my tires and did two separate detailed inspections for me, but Tona and the crew told me that I didn't even need tires yet. They recommended to bring back my Charger in 5K miles for another evaluation, and their online department provided me with 3 very reasonable quotes on tires, including the rebate options available. Needless to say, I was so pleased with their honesty and professionalism, after 10 years of getting tires at a big name store, I will be getting tires for all my vehicles right here! read more

Follow up to my earlier review. As stated in first review this company has always been great to work with. I have had more sets of tires installed by them than I can count over the years. After this review they contacted me wanting to make things right. Again because I was late for a trip that morning I did not bring it to their attention until months later after changing the rear tires. They still offered me a 100.00 store credit and I know if I had brought it to their attention as soon as I got back from our trip they would have found the run flat system and reinstalled it. While I am still without a run RV flat system on my front tires I put as much blame on me as the employee that did the job. I had a flat tire and and a suspension problem. I got my car towed to the "the tire shop" and asked them could they find out the problem. The said they didn't do the suspension but, I needed a tire. I purchased a new tire and went straight home. By the time I got home the tire was flat again. I took it back to the tire store and then told me I had a crack in the rim. I asked them why would they sale me a tire on a cracked rim. They then replied saying "they don't check rims" and wanted me to by a new tire, after I just paid 125 for the tire less then 24 hours ago. I was referred by AAA thinking I was going to get excellent service, but it was the total opposite. They just kept saying they weren't responsible for a cracked rim (which I understand and I wasn't blaming them for the rim). I just wanted to know why would they sale me a tire and place it on a a cracked rim, when I came to them for help asking them to find the problem in the beginning? read more

My old 1988 Toyota needed alignment-which came out to $25 after buying tires. They also found that I had a bad front left bearing-that was the real problem that caused unusual wear and a shaky ride at high speed. My car hasn't driven this good in a long time. You can tell they value your time and business so they're quick but not in anyway rude or rushed about it. I had my tire repaired from a puncture on the surface of the tire where it meets the road. I thought it was going to take at least an hour and he did it in under 30. No damage to the wheel or anything. They have a good amount of people in their staff so there isn't really much waiting. Their prices are extremely and sometimes even surprisingly amazing. I'll follow up if anything goes bad with the repair but from what I can tell they do some really great quality work! Overall I'd say that this place is great! They put air in my tires free of charge but I later chose to get a tire. The prices are reasonable and the service is usually prompt.
