They kept changing what the warranties cover and not cover, so when I had a tire blowout on the freeway, and they decided they would not cover ther tire warranty at all. I bought four tires and they broke a sensor. I went to see the car and noticed that my custom rims were all scratched at the lip of the rims. I complained and I was told that the rims were already like that and that it was curb rash. I was dealing with, whom I thought, it was the manager, but four employees started to argue with me. I don't want anything from them and I was about to leave and the employee that change the tires started to insult me. I went back to the office to complain and the guy at the front office told me that he was going to talk to the employee. It was really a nightmare seen the employees ganging up on me insulting and laughing at me disregarding the fact that my wife was present. I do not recommend this store. Take pictures of your custom rims before any change or tire repair. read more

Drove up from Canyon Country after getting a phone quote for 4 new horse trailer tires. The old ones had little wear but were decades old. Got an out the door price, showed up with the rig, was spotted by a worker, he came over, found out what was up, told me where to wait until the outdoor apron opened up, I pulled in, told him my deal, he directed me to the office and started to pull the old wheels. I went in, found Nick Jr. we did the paperwork, talked about ply and width a bit, went with the original 10 ply suggestion, was there another 25 minutes and drove away, with pressure recommendations. Stopped by after spending two hours trying to find tires for my RV elsewhere in Palmdale and Lancaster. This was because a RV repair shop told us that you were the place to get any tires. They were right!! Walked in and told the salesperson what my needs were. He stated that they did have my size in stack but at a heavier load capacity. Upon my OK for the upgrade he had me pull in and two men changed out all four tires on my trailer and mounted/balanced in twenty minutes. I've been going to this place for a few years now. I've bought a full set of tires for my last two cars and both my daughters' cars. Overall I've been satisfied with them except when I get an online quote from them. Every single time I've gotta a quote, I'd come in the next day and they wouldn't have the tires they gave me a quote for. I will never, ever use this business as long as I live. I don't know if its a ba it and switch practice or what. But called them a few days ago to get tire prices on 4 tires for 2 different trailers. I had called 4 different shops that day, and this one had the best price. The prices they gave me was what they call OTD, out the door, with taxes and fees included, mounted and balanced. So I took the time today, to connect up my trailer, and also to take the 2 tires off of my other trailer to have them replaced as well. I get there and was greeted immediately, and was asked what I was in need of today. Which I explained, that I called and had gotten prices a few days prior. But when Tony (I think is his name) was looking up prices, somehow the price was over $100 higher than the phone quote. For all the tires OTD. I told him what I was quoted, and showed him my notes that I had written that day. I think it was the manager that spoke up and said there's no way, and who did I speak to. But I didn't ask for a name, so I had no idea. Needless to say, I left quite angry, that I been lied to, and had driven 50 miles round trip for nothing. read more

Best place in the valley to get tires. They gave me the most affordable tire at a great price. They had the size I needed in stock and I didn't have to wait long to get in and have them start working. I also had an alignment done and it was fair priced and completed quickly. So I called on a Monday for a quote on an alignment, the person (guy) on the phone very clearly stated that it cost 31.99. I had just installed new tires from Costco and they recommended that the car wheels needed alignment. The person on the phone said they closed at 5:30; I got there at 5:15 and they had already closed the alignment shop. I went the next day and the person on the counter; assuming is the same guy who gave me the price quote over the phone was there, hint his voice sounded similar. Again, I asked for a price quote to confirm and he very clearly stated, "$31.99, or 54.99 for a print-out report" First, they do not have a computerized alignment system, the guy did it by eyeballing and a measuring tape. When it was time to paid, they charged me $65.76, and then the person on the counter said it was for four wheels and that they had quoted me for two wheel before; when they NEVER stated it was only for two wheels; when I specifically told them i needed a quote for my car alignment because i had just changed all my four tires and they were worn out unevenly on the outsides. I have never seen a car with only two wheels before, maybe they have! I am never coming back to this place for the principle of dishonesty, and the way they managed their business (false advertisement). If they had advice me that the price quote was only for two wheels; I would taken my car to Firestone where they charged $89.99 for a full alignment and they use computerized equipment, plus they give you a print-out of the initial and end readings. I should had listened to my wife again, it sounded to cheap to be true! read more

Never will I go there again. One bad employee destroys my business with them. He scammed me out of $300.00 cash that he wanted to do the work trough the company but on the side, hush, hush...played it off to steal from the company and myself, but he never performed the work he scammed me out of. kept my car there for 3 days while I had to rent a car. and on top of that I paid the company almost $200.00 for a lousy alignment that was horrible on the road, tires kept turning to the right. that does not take 3 days to do that,it should have taken only a few hours of work. 'Horrible.' Yes this happened awhile back but I haven't been able to let it go. Now I'm searching for a car repair place today to do ball joints and this company popped up on the web, had to say something. Strange thing is I even have the employees personal cell phone #. The tire store has helped me on many occasions. We have bought tires from them & they always give the best rates or pretty close (you know you're going to get a decent tire instead of a cheap one). They have put air in our tires, checked our tires & rims & always given us honest quotes & advice on what we should do. Nick that does the rims was very helpful this last time I was in with issues with one of our rims. He checked it out & the tire & when he realized he couldn't fix it, he didn't even charge us. That is honest work!! And one of the other guys who was taking my wheel off for me, told me that one of the lugs was stripped & they replaced it for free. They take care of their customers here, they are friendly, honest & do great work. I will continue to use the tire store & spread the word!! They're always busy too, so that is a good sign & even though they are busy, you don't spend a lot of time waiting. They are very efficient. Thx Tire Store! read more

I have been going to America's Tire all the time in the past for all my 3 cars. They have good service and all, but this time I wanted to see if I can get a better deal elsewhere. I found this store from Yelp and they have good ratings so I give it a try by asking them a quote a head of time for the specific brand of tires I want. To my surprise they give me a better quote than anywhere else including online store Tirerack.com. So I ask what is the out-the-door price. To my pleasant surprise the quote IS "out-the-door price." So I made an appointment and since they don't have them in stock they pre-order it for me without asking for a deposit. That's a plus. On the day of the appointment I came and they took care of me right away since I was the first customer when they open. The whole process took less than 40 minutes and they did honor the quote price as they stated in the email. Couldn't be happier I get a good deal. On the side note I wish they could improve a little on the customer service. They are nice and everything just a little too cut to the chase in my opinion, but hey I am very happy with the price.
