The pictures tell no lie, they started to tell me it was like this before mounting, when I showed the pictures they tried to tell me their machine does not touch the rim. They also tried to tell me their impact wrench only torques to 90lb but when I made them actually torque my lug nuts to the proper torque I had the tech set the torque wrench to 120 (suppose to be torqued to 96lbs) it clicked right away. I asked the manager what happens when lugs are over torqued and he said nothing happens, seriously man just lie to my face to cover up their mistakes. Excessively tightened lug nuts can strip the threads, distort brake rotors, damage the wheel, and possibly shear off the lug stud. Insufficiently tightened lug nuts can come loose, with catastrophic consequences. Please do your self a favor if coming here and take pictures of your rims before they jack your car up and watch them the entire time or don't and pay for it in the long run. There machines are old. There staff is under trained. They are always rushing things. I have given them many chances over the years but every time I get tires changed there they damage my wheels. Went in for a 4 wheel balance and alignment, 3 hours later they say my truck needs 2000.00 worth of repairs first. I know for an absolute fact that this is not true. I asked if they balanced my wheels he said yes but when I got on the road my whole truck shook !. I want to share my positive experience when I took my car here a week ago. I had previously gone to another well know auto store/ service center and got a quote for over $1100 for front struts. As a single senior female, I was devastated with that estimate. So, I decided to get a second opinion. If you need tires, This is the place to go. Yesterday I was desperate. I couldn't go to work because my tires were so stripped the smallest puddle was hydroplaning my car. I looked at the usual places to get new tires so I could go to work the next day but no one has my size. I even called the local Chevy dealer for them but nope they didn't have them either... "Ask for Toma." So this was an interesting experience. A flat tire we had to fill with foam, took me over here looking for a replacement, and I was actually wondering if I should just have them all changed to new Michelins so that they would match and I could forget about tires for another few years. I pulled into the lot and before I knew it, here comes Toma walking out to see what I need. The diagnosis? There was a visible nail in the one that went flat, all the tires were otherwise still in good shape in terms of tred left, no need for any new tires all, just a repair on the one that went flat. So I found out the hard way my car was not equipped with a spare tire, and I had a 3 inch piece of metal sticking out of my tire so the supplied air pump was worthless, had my car tiowed here and they put a tire on in less than 15 minutes while the whole parking lot was full of customers, quick service, at a reasonable price. The dudes that do the alignment here are just awful. If you read all the other bad reviews, it's all the alignment dudes. They told me it would take an hour and a half to look at my car. They sat looking at the same truck for 2.5 hours then tried to rush my car in at the end of the day. Waited 3 hours for them to me at the end of the day that they couldn't fix it that day. I understand people get busy but they should be upfront about how long it is going to take. There's a big difference between 1.5 hours and 3 hours. Also everyone that works there is a prick.
