I was a patient for about 6 years with them and never had any complaints. Unfortunately my insurance changed and they were no longer in network but they were very kind and even gave me my X-rays free of charge so I could take them to my new provider. Today on a Saturday...my daughter was there a total of 3 hrs for 3 fillings. UNACCEPTABLE . We arrived prior to my daughter's 11am appt.. didn't leave til 2pm. Typically after visits you receive a bag of goodies (toothbrush/toothpaste/ floss) . Since I was pleading my case to the manager they didn't offer my daughter a goodie bag. I'm disappointed with the flow of the wait times to service ratio. What truly bothers me is that the manager said they have a good reputation and steady flow of clientele therefore he'll accept a long wait time (indicating they are sought out). In other words, HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLES PRECIOUS TIME...so as long as they over book and keep clientele coming in. At no time did he apologize for the unacceptable wait time nor did he try to make things right for a loyal family of 4 . Furthermore, my wife and myself are either still military/ veterans. I would no longer support or refer any of our military families to this office. If you value your time and expect punctuality please steer clear from this establishment as it is not considerate of YOUR TIME.

There's a dollhouse, games like Connect 4, a coffee maker for parents, and even a photo op area with a swing and little doctor's white coats! He explained to us both that it will be painful but definitely worth it. He was right. She just got her braces and she probably will not be with them for long. On that Initial day I asked him about my jaw and if he could fix it. I had been to Maxillofacial Dr, and was told to wear a guard at night and get Botox injections. That made me nervous. Dr. Feldon analyzed my chart and said that he could fix it with braces. 2.5 years later and I'm excited about the results. He lined up my teeth and was able to pull my jaw over so that it doesn't stick out. Before all of this I would only take pics on one side of my face because I did not like the way that I looked. I know that it sounds like a commercial, but he gave me my quality of life back. These 2.5 years were not easy. He took it in stride with me. Checked me out. Did what he could to make this journey easier. Even when I got snippy because I was frustrated at the end of year 2, he took it in stride. He makes jokes, is understanding, and great at what he does. I travel from Homestead/Florida City to his location simply because he, and those he surrounds himself with, is awesome. I have another year left with my daughter. So excited!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Feldon's practice to any and everyone.
