Unwelcoming and Disheartening Experience at Tooth Station My family and I had been searching for a pediatric dentist, and we thought we had found a promising one at Tooth Station. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of empathy and understanding. When my child fell sick on the day of their appointment, I called Tooth Station to inform them of the situation and to request a rescheduling. Not only did the receptionist I spoke to refuse to accommodate any rescheduling, but they also informed me that Tooth Station would no longer be able to provide dental services for my family at all. This decision seemed to be based solely on the fact that my child was sick, and we were unable to provide a proper notice for rescheduling. I understand the importance of having a cancellation policy in place, but in this situation, I believe that their response was extremely disproportionate and callous. The complete denial of dental care for my family due to an unforeseen illness is both unwelcoming and disheartening. We, as a family, were hoping to find a dental practice that prioritizes patient care and well-being, but it appears that Tooth Station is more concerned with rigid policies and profit. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am now left searching for a new dental practice for my family. I cannot recommend Tooth Station to anyone, as their inflexible policies and lack of empathy demonstrate a disregard for patient care and well-being. read more

Our son has been with Dr. Bryan and his super-friendly staff since he was a young child. A few years ago, we made a change in dental plans to try and save some money and go with a managed care type of dental plan... BIG MISTAKE! There is no comparison to the quality of care that he had received here all those years. Even just a simple cleaning was a terrible experience. We are back with Delta Dental and so happy to be able to come back to the excellent care he received here at the Tooth Station. Now that he is a senior in high school, it was time to consider getting his wisdom teeth removed. The staff explained that there was nothing unusual or difficult about his case and that they should be able to give him the same type of IV sedation that he could get with an oral surgeon, but at a whole lot less cost to me. Even though I trusted their inital assessment, they encouraged me to get as consult with a oral surgeon to be sure. We took their advice and got the confirmation that Dr. Bryan should be able to handle his extractions just fine and even added that he is an excellent dentist. That's always nice to hear, from a specialist in the field. So here we are today, getting the teeth removed. I am sure things will go just fine as he is in the best of hands here. I highly recommend these guys, as I am sure t they will take good care of your children too! read more

Take your kids here! Had horrible experience when my son was 18mo at another dentist who wanted to charge over $2,000 for some dental work on my son. Was recommended here for second opinion. Only $135 later, w no insurance, my sons teeth were great! A couple follow up things had to be done for that initial issue over last few years and we have never been charged. Dr Bryan is generous and kind and I absolutely trust him to be there for my kids best and not the money. We ran into him out and about once and he came over and said hi to us and recognized my son and chatted w him for a min... how nice. My son thought it was so neat. My kid walks away feeling like he won the lottery every time he visits there and ask to go just for fun... often. BOTTOM LINE: If you feel like you are getting ripped off or impersonal service else where you should go here. You always know you will see same doc and you always feel appreciated and welcome. read more

My daughter recently needed to be seen by a dentist for a tooth infection. The Tooth Station got her an appointment the very same day. Tammy spent much time over the phone making sure we were prepared for the appointment (we were new clients) From the moment we walked in the door it was a wonderful experience (even though her tooth had to be extracted.) Dr. Bryan is very knowledgeable and gives you options for your treatment. He is matter of fact and isn't there to over diagnosis. He was wonderful with my daughter and made her laugh when she was nervous and unsure. Sandy and Angela, two of the dental hygienist were so sweet and caring with my daughter. The kids toys, books, video games and big screen movies were really just a great perk... the CARE we received at the Tooth Station was SUPERB! read more

I LOVE this place I have been going to TheTooth Station since I was 5. When I first came I rememeber being really scared But Dr.Bryan and the assistants made it so fun . I will never switch dentists! I am 15 now and still come here.I will never switch dentist ! I have had quite a few fillings and Dr.Bryan gets it done fast and efficient! I especially like the prizes here they have the best toys I have around! and if you dont want a toy you can pick sugar free gum!woo hoo (thats what I get, now that im a teen) I also got a new super cool retainer there just recently, the Staff and Dr Bryan let me create it myself. it was fun. I've gone to the tooth station since I was 4. I am now 19 and still happily go today. Going off to college, I hear the stories of my friends' horror dentist stories and comparing them to mine, I am glad I grew up with such a pleasant and friendly dentistry experience. Not only have they been very easy to go to as a young child, they also are very accommodating for young adults like myself who travel back and forth to college. Overall, they treat all their patients, from youngsters to young adults, greatly from the welcoming and kind staff to the funny and great dentist! As a patient who had grown up with the tooth station, I would recommend them to any family looking for a dentist for their children no matter the age. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Bryan for almost 18 years and I am very grateful for the Tooth Station. Ever since I was a kid I have always loved going to the dentist: Dr. Bryan and his team are professional, respectful, but (most importantly) reassuring and fun. They promptly answer all my questions and kindly remind me to floss every day. The administrative team is also very helpful. Those at the front desk are the first to greet you and the last to see you go-- and they are always smiling. The entire team at The Tooth Station was AMAZING!!! I have a child with special needs and he has been petrified of the dentist for the past two years. I was afraid that we would have to resort to putting my child under general anesthesia in order to care for his dental needs. But, because of the patience and gentle nature of the The Tooth Station team, my kiddo got X-rays, a cleaning and repair work done. Tammy at the front desk even welcomed us for a visit/tour of the office prior to my son's first appointment. Absolutely LOVE this place, I brought my 10 year old in for a filling today, she was nervous at first however Dr.Bryan has the laughing gas which made my daughter calm, not mention Dr.Bryan and the assistant Crystal made her feel comfortable and were wonderful with her as wel, they showed her everything before they did it. They were fast efficient and on time! everything you want in a pediatric dental office. From the front office to the exit ,We love this place! I wanted to update how much our family loves Dr Bryan! A few years back our insurance took us to a chain-type corporate office and I can't say I trusted anything they recommended for treatment on my children. I feel like they just wanted to get money out of us and I did not feel comfortable putting my 2 year old under anesthesia with work I wasn't sure was necessary. Dr Bryan gives us less invasive and less expensive options for the time being he is big on explaining how to prevent cavities in the future. 2 years later their hygiene has improved and they have no complaints. The Tooth Station is by far the best pediatric dental office in the Sacramento area. We started with Dr. Bryan 10 years ago at his Natomas office and when they closed the office we decided to follow them. We now drive to Folsom for our three children's dental needs. They have the most friendly staff, a game room for the kids and a prize box for after the appointment. I have a daughter with some special needs and a severe oral aversion. They are so gentle and know how to work with her and her needs. If you have kids and don't go to The Tooth Station, you are missing out! read more

We drive from Natomas to Folsom just to see Dr Bryan and staff. My son had a few awful experiences at another dental office and was terrified of the dentist. Dr Bryan and his staff are gentle and patient with my children, and have completely calmed my son's anxiety. The office is nicely decorated for children and they have a playroom to keep kiddos or siblings occupied while waiting or while one child might be in an appointment. The staff are all warm and welcoming and I'd highly recommend The Tooth Station to families who may be in need of a children's dentist. read more

My son and daughter went to the tooth station for the first time yesterday and we were thoroughly impressed. We left a dentist with so much confusion about what was going on in my children's mouths to Dr. Brian and the Tooth station. He was so thorough and answered all my questions explaining in a clear and easy manner. The hygienists were both amazing and showed my kids easy ways to take care of their teeth. My kids loved the place so much they didn't want to leave. Plus they got really cool light up cups and a prize as a souvenir. So impressed. read more

We started at the Tooth Station when we moved to Folsom in 2015 and have been nothing but pleased. The staff is incredibly accommodating and Dr. Bryan is great with my special needs son. Our little one just had his first appointment last week and it was an equally great experience with an incredible dental hygienist. She was so patient and explained and explained and explained and let him try her tools. I was shocked he let her complete a full cleaning and flossing (2 year old). Great place for kids of all ages. Dr. Randolph is very good with kids as his RDA's.My son had a filling that needed to be taken care of, I was nervous because I am fearful of going to the dentist, but my son Gabriel was in and out in 25 minutes pain free! He was happy and content after his visit. We so appreciate Dr. Bryan and his staff. He has been our dentist for the past five years for all of our children with numerous procedures and checkups. We have been to other children's dentists in the past and he exceeds them all. His professionalism, care, expertise and friendliness makes him our choice above all others. Dr. Brian is amazing! We have a 16 year old grandson who is petrified to get any dental work done besides cleaning. He had several cavities between his teeth so he needed treatment. Dr. Brian offered several different kinds of treatment and we settled on one. My grandson had the work done yesterday. In spite of my grandson's very high anxiety, Dr. Brian was extremely patient and eventually got everything done. No other dentist we've talked to has been willing to do this for us. Great dentist office! Very clean! Dr. Brian is great and his staff is very friendly! I Bring both my kids here, my son has autism and going to the dentist has been very hard in the past, but they were able to break up his cleanings into multiple appts for him and we came in a few times just to say hello! Happy to say that now he is able to sit through his cleaning and x-ray without my help! Brought my toddler today and she had a great experience too! Dr. Bryan has been serving our family for 4 years now. We can't say enough good things about him and his office. We started at his Natomas location, and just loved him. We moved across town to the Roseville area, but make the 25 min drive to the Folsom location just to be able to continue with Dr. Bryan! He's gentle, fast, entertaining, experienced and trustworthy.
