But surprising me in Wakefield actually have lapels. And their service and stuffs very good and nice. They check clothes very careful and send me a notice after they finish. They even called me ask me if I need to fix the tear in my blouse that I forgot to tell them. I very highly recommend this place .

Really bad, stay away!!! Brought my shoes here to have the plastic heel removed and a rubber heel…read moreput on. It was very difficult to communicate with them. They were showing me the rubber they wanted to use and it was brown (my shoes were black with black soles). I kept telling them no, I wanted black. Finally I left my shoes with them. They said come back Tuesday at 3:00. On Tuesday I arrived at 2:30 to find the shop closed. They had left early for the day. On Wednesday I went back and got my shoes. They looked fine, the new heels were black. I wore them to work the next day. They had used the brown rubber and PAINTED ithe heel black--the paint ALL WORE OFF the very next day and I had a brown heel on a black shoe!!!!! I didn't want to deal with them again so I figured I'd try to work with the brown heel. About 3 days later, the tip of the left heel (which they had put on) totally broke off. Unbelievable. I will NEVER come here again. I don't have the time to try and GUESS when their shop will be open and the quality of their work is very bad. I will be trying the Town Cobbler in Wakefield, where I should've went in the first place!!!!!!

It's been difficult to get my shoes returned, I have tried on 4 separate occasions (during both posted hours and a pre-arranged appointment). He is young and full of excuses (the one time I got him on the phone to make the appointment to pick up the shoes) - and apparently extremely unreliable. There is no answering machine or any service to leave messages - so there's no way to reach him. Do not leave your belongings with this unreliable cobbler.
