I also needed new pads and rotors, and as my model has the AMG sport suspension the rotors are vented and cross drilled, and both the rotors and calipers are bigger than the regular ones-and more expensive. They wrote up the quote for both genuine and pattern parts, I went with pattern. The car now can put its nose right on the pavement! They also found coupons to drop the price too. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars is the center cap on the repaired wheel was lost in transit, and it took several phone calls to get the replacement managed. But it's clean, spacious waiting room, spotless rest room, and there is a nearby Panera to kill time at-don't try and cross Morris Avenue to go to Dunkin Donuts-you might not make it!
