Next thing you know, I get a text message from Jesse letting me know he noticed I had something in my cart he was actually able to offer me a discount on AND ship the same day! So I go to the website, and see the number to the store is the same number that texted me... and the text was Blue! Man, nothing could have made this experience easier and more personable! Placed my order with a smile like a fat kid at mcdonalds in the 90's! I will update my post when the product arrives and I inspect everything! So far, so great!

She was looking for moss roses, which they also don't carry. She was interested in another flower they did have but the employee we were talking to was distracted by a vehicle that had pulled in. Clearly a friend, as she abruptly left stating the lady needed help and left us standing there. Another employee came by without acknowledging us. I told my mom that we were done. They were not interested in our business. We went to Wery's where they are always happy, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have moss roses and veggies.

My neighbor hired vanzeelands to do work around a new building they recently installed. These…read moreaweful workers parked at the end of our driveway ( country road) which is at the top of a hill. There were near missed accidents, they blocked our mailbox, garbage/recycling bins. I informed a worker and they FINALLY parked in their driveway. When they brought in a skidster they parked on our lawn and my next door neighbors yard, causing ruts. I asked a chubby Mexican worker if they would fix this mess, he said they would. Well they left the site at noon today, leaving us neighbors across from the site/street pissed. My husband is out there fixing the damage they caused right now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT WORKERS. A Mexican crew. Be aware of this if you decide to go with this company.

We asked what was wrong and they explained that nobody would be allowed into the store without masks. I agreed it was silly, but I pulled my scarf up over my face and complied. As I approached the entrance, the recent male owner insisted I put on plastic gloves due to COVID-19. I said No, Thank You. He then angrily chastised me in front of about 10 employees and patrons, "If you're going to shop in my store you're wearing gloves! If I get sick, I won't be able to make a living! You're free to get your flowers elsewhere." It was very embarrassing--more so for him. My party as well as several others decided then and there that we would not be giving him our business. Hopefully it won't take a hit to his wallet for him to learn how to treat his [long-term] customers with dignity; and hopefully he'll do some research on simple health precautions instead of taking mainstream media sources as infallible truth.

But I saw all the flowers coming in(earlier today) thr reminded me of mother. So I just had to get flowers to remind me of her. Ohhhh how I hated to water then as a young boy growing up and all those flowers. Now I can't get enough and wish I had more space for them. So this establishment has it all. I saw a High tree/small bush Trimmed up,that but full of beautiful red roses(see pics). They had some good deals. I like supporting local over other big box places. Not that there is anything wrong with fleet farm and getting 20% off with the season being in the middle of June. But this is a mom and pop shop with loyal people so I love to support them. People were so helpful and kind. Helped me get some of the heavier things into the vehicle. I will be going back again on pay day. There is just so much to take in(enjoy the pics). I was promised that it would be made and delivered that day. It's Thursday afternoon and has still not been delivered. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Still no product, despite being charged for the arrangement and the delivery.

There is no question about the fact that the issue showed up a few weeks after install. I don't know what happened to it.  Nobody in my family knows what happened to it.  I can tell you this.  I've never seen carpet do that before.   Not even the 15 year old carpet we just had replaced to have carpeting sold to us by Home Depot and made by Mohawk.  I'm 53 years old and I always had carpeting in my house.   I travel for a living.  I never seen any disgusting hotel carpet to that.     Who whatever thought that you go into your local Home Depot to purchase carpeting and installation,  that your are going to wind up being screwed by them because you have been sold some poorly made carpet!
