Just days before our wedding, we arrive to pick up the tuxes we selected. When we opened the bags the tuxes were different than what we tried on. I was given the wrong style, my fiancés was a different color than what we ordered. I appreciate that they tried to resolve it but ultimately we were made to feel as if we were the ones that did wrong. So that right there ended any possible chance of me settling on something else in store. We walked out with a full refund and nothing to wear days before the wedding. Luckily, there was a tux shop just down the block (Tuxedos by Rose) who had the exact styles we wanted (slightly cheaper) and are able to rush and have it ready next day. We spent months looking for a ivory and black suit and finally found this place by chance. We were at David's bridal getting dresses for Our brides maids (don't go there that's a different review) and took the drive there but the day we got there the tailors were not there so we had to schedule an appointment with them the staff was friendly and welcoming. When we came back for our appointment we met Eugene. He knows his stuff I am a person that pays attention to detail. We came to buy a suit for a wedding he brought out many books for us to make the suit custom to our liking. Took his time and allowed me to take notes and cross reference everything to assure we match our wedding attire. I highly recommend them he even told the groom without my knowledge to get a personalized stitching on his suit for me instantly made me cry when I saw it. The attention to detail is incredible. The groom looked amazing and stood out beautifully. The price was affordable and they had a lot of beautiful accessories to complement the outfit from socks to cufflinks to button covers everything. Quality material and they took the time to measure and answered all our questions. If I was getting married I would definitely use them. There is a back room for private fittings (used to be the ladies but now strictly for men). Well worth the hassle of looking for parking from what we hear (we scored a spot immediately). Huge shout out to the Tux Guys for an amazing wedding experience ! They made the entire process super easy. I have used them now for multiple weddings, including my own this past weekend, and they always deliver. We must've called them 100 times with questions and they always politely helped us with anything we needed. I just decided to make an appointment and check them out for myself because, I saw on the internet that they would be able to order the Stella York gown I fell in love with. I was never disappointed. I came in here to drop off my boyfriend's tux. I was greeted immediately by a very nice gentleman. The process took under a minute. He checked for all the rentals, and that was it! When I spoke to my boyfriend, I told him how nice they were. He told me they had a great experience there when trying on the tuxes. The only tricky part is the hours! Hence why I had to drop off the tux and not my boyfriend. He would have never been able to make it there. read more

I had a wedding to outfit 6 groomsmen with shirts and cufflinks DAYS prior to the big day. I called the Tux Guys discouraged after coming up short at a bunch of other tux rental companies and Eugene and his team took care of me. He recorded the sizes and placed an expedited order so that i would have them in time. On the day of the wedding, two of the shirts didn't fit and he had two new shirts sent via uber to the hotel just in time for us to get ready without delay. I was greeted by a smile from a tall gentleman and told I surely could get a tux same day. He brought me to sit in another room. While he continued to help customers with an appointment. Shortly after, I was greeted by a tailor, Eugene, with a very engaging personality. He told me my size by just a quick look, he asked what I was looking for and complimented my choice and pointed me in the right direction. I picked out a lovely tux and shoes and the price was fair. He had me try everything on and called to another tailor who adjusted my bust (jacket width) and pants on the spot! Though they were very busy. He had me out of that store in less than an hour. I went to the warehouse and I didn't like the look of the suits. They look boxy at the shoulders, and it was just packed in there. I did a search and found the tux guys, MAN am happy I found them. The suits looked amazing on the groomsmen on the wedding day. I also received many compliments on my tuxedo. It was a job well done; great customer service upon entering the door, they will work with your schedule, they understand the stress you're under, and there is much more. I must say, on my wedding day one of my groomsmen could not make it, we were able to send an uber to pick up another tux jacket (for another friend who decided to fill in) on the wedding day! We got married February 22nd and from the moment we stepped into The Tux Guys Eugene was AMAZING although he had a very demanding groom on his hands. He took the time to cater to what my (now) husband needed and helped him define a look for our big day. As if the groom wasn't hard enough to please, only 2 out of our 8 groomsmen lived near by and some way somehow they made it work. With the help of pictures and their measurements Eugene was able to figure everyone's suits and Tuxs out. If that's not impressive I don't know what is. My dad lives in Dominican Republic and the Tux size he chose was on point! The groom, groomsman, father of the groom and father of the bride got their whole outfit (including socks and shoes) from The Tux Guys. If you are lookinh for a one stop shop this is definitely it. I found this place by chance when I was looking for any store in my area that had the dress I wanted to try on after RK Bridal had sold the only sample... They were super nice! Beat RK Bridals price plus there's no tax in NJ! Super savings! Then they beat the price RK had given me for my bridesmaids dresses too! So everyone saved! The seamstress is very kind. My MOH had to get her dress in Texas and her tailor did an awful job with the alterations. Less than 24 hours before my wedding the Seamstress at European Bridal saved the day, re-did all of the alterations and only charged my MOH $20 as a favor since she had already spent over $200 on alterations in Texas! It's so great to work with kind honest people who aren't going to cheat you when you are getting married! I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I searched a few different places for tux rentals for my wedding, and as soon as I walked into European Bridal, I knew the search as ended right away. Eugene and Amir were incredibly hospitable and took their time answering any questions we had. Eugene was our main contact after the initial first visit, and he never failed to make us feel welcomed whether if we just stopped by for a quick question, to stopping by for the fitting, to dropping it off after the wedding. After hearing a lot of horror stories of getting measured from other places, it took Eugene exactly one try to get everybody's fit down to a T (even when I had a couple of groomsmen that had to call in their measurements, he was able to hear abnormalities and fix it right away). At the wedding, people could not stop complimenting on how great the suits looked on us! The staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond especially considering they were not charging for this service! I love this place! After having contacted Ameer and exchanging emails with him, I felt confident and safe that I would enjoy working with him and Alex (seamstress). My fiance and I dropped off a jacket for Alex to tailor, and having seen her amazing work, we decided to trust our wedding day attire in their hands. My fiance got his suit done by Alex (phenomenal work - he looks amazing!) and I got my dress altered (bustle, taken in, hemline) by her as well. Just be aware that they get extremely busy and you may have to adjust your schedule, but I am so grateful to have gotten in as many fittings (I think 5 or 6 within a period of 1.5 months) with Alex as I did. I'm sure if you let them know from the beginning that you absolutely cannot budge on deadlines, they would meet them (we were flexible, and consequently they worked on ours later than expected). I found this place after having gone to RK Bridal and found "the dress", but of course, I still had to go and seek a better price. In comes European Bridal. They didn't have the dress, but they carried the brand. After a long discussion with Eugene (one of the owners), I decided to order it through them. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is top-notch! We ended up renting the tuxes and suits we needed as well. They dress you up from head to toe including socks!
