I had them out going on two weeks ago with a refrigerator repair , they ordered a fan which was a surprise due the fact every other company I had spoken with said they didn't make parts for our refrigerator anymore. I was little skeptical about it but he said he could get one so we went with it. David came out on Wednesday and installed the fan , since installation the refrigerator hasn't cooled below 60 degrees. David showed up 2 days later , opened the fridge closed the door and handed me a portion of my money back and said sorry there's nothing I can do , didn't look to see if the fan he installed was even working, I've since asked where he purchased the fan to see if maybe they had another or to see if it's even the right fan. I've called them multiple times , left voicemails , text messages and little to no response.

During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all.
