From the moment I connected with General Manager Scott Inlow and Chef Eric, they were all in. Both of them personally followed up with me by phone, listened to exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and created a menu that absolutely exceeded every expectation. The food was phenomenal. Every single guest commented on how outstanding it was, and there was something for everyone. What truly set Dingle House apart, though, was the service.
