I am done printing labels at home. Done! Why? Because every time I do and I come to drop it off, these Logistical Shipping Ninjas set me straight. Yes, its easy to do it at home, if I remember my passwords for five shipping sites, and the printer has ink, and I have the exact shipping label sticker I have to print out. However, every time I do, I am told by these Gurus "If you just use this box, or trade the box for the envelope, or use Fedex over USPS for this international or USPS over DHL for this particular domestic, with this box, I save far more money than going retail through the DHL/UPS/USPS/FEDEX websites. Bottom line for me, these guys know how to stop from my money being separated from my pocket..they seem know the system, where the best rates are and so they are my, I guess free, broker of choice. When I walked in the associate was behind the counter. I asked about mailbox pricing. The associate told me it was on the flyer. I explained I didn't see a flyer. She came from behind the counter walked towards the front of the store and pulled a tri-fold flyer from top of the shelf (in eyesight, I just didn't see it). She went on to explain the various pricing for box type, security, access to certain boxes 24/7 (at a higher charge). All in all it was a decent visit. I called back later in the day and spoke to a gentleman about the availability of a notary (I forgot to ask earlier). The new owner is fantastic!!! I've been coming to this location for over 20 years and lived through all of the different owners. This one is by far the best - the store is cleaned up & decluttered, you can visibly see the services offered and look at everything clearly in the store without being overwhelmed by immense amount of stuff that used to be present in every nook of the store. The reviews for this center are all mail related so here is the first fingerprinting related review on yelp. DO NOT COME HERE. the staff will rush through you and then blame it on your "worn ridges" but that's because the FBI only saw straight black since they do not know how to do these fingerprints correctly. I've already reached out and requested a refund that they denied and said they'd do my fingerprints for a third time (got denied twice from them) Why would I come back? My program ended up not allowing me to resubmit prints after my 2nd one got denied and I was absolutely devastated. I had to put my school on hold over a service that wasn't done correctly. Go to secure livescan on journey if your looking for prints they were able to be passed there. Must've been an off day for those worn ridges. "Un-constructive reviews are of little importance" to them, but reviews mean everything to the community. read more

Did not tell us there will be an extra charges if we paid with credit card. Notarized fee usually is between $10 to $15 for each signature. It's free at some bank. He said the TOTAL is $60 for four signatures which is fine, but when we got home we got the text from the credit card company and it shows $62.40.
