I came in to send out a package return that was actually supposed to be done through USPS, but I had misread the instructions ‍ The two guys inside could not have been nicer -- they explained the process thoroughly and were still able to help me out. I especially appreciated how upfront they were about how much each step would cost. Overall, it was only about $4 and they packaged it, printed out the return slip and sent it out for me. Convenient location with good hours. Came here to return an Amazon package, and the associates did so quickly.

This is a very convenient location for many students and locals but it is a small store. With that being said, overall the customer service at this location is decent! My several encounters here has been very good and displayed no problems. You may pick up your packages that you have missed. Note: If you received the slip on that very day you missed the package, you would have to come the next day after 1 pm. Remember to bring photo ID. You can also send off packages. Remember to note to the delivery people if there are any personal items or valuables. They will weigh the package and ask for all the appropriate mailing information. They do accept cash or credit/debit. In the store, there is also a selection of cardboard boxes and other mailing necessities. read more

I went to the this store in order to mail a small parcel, the guy working there was rude, impolite and he almost made me cry!! You can't believe this but he was treating me as if I'm retarded or something. At first when he said the price for mailing the parcel I couldn't hear him so I asked him to repeat what he said and for the rest of our conversation he repeated every word he said twice and after that asked me 'Did you understand or should I repeat again?!'.. I think he has to go to a shrink or something for his anger management problem! I will never ever go to that store again!! read more

That's right, another 5-star UPS Store review by moi. I've usually gone to this location for notaries, and for the occasional scan or copy job when I can't make it to the library to scan/copy for myself...or when I'm feeling too lazy to go the library, have a little money to burn, but use it instead to make it rain on the store owner, Eric. I like to call Eric ahead of time to make sure he's going to be there to notarize my stuff at a certain time, and he's never disappointed me. He's always pleasant despite the multi-tasking one might rarely stop to realize he's doing: working in the back, helping his other customers, running a quick on-foot errand next door. If Eric wasn't a table waiter in his former life - making good enough money to never need to worry about finishing college - he was a single parent who needed to grow an extra pair of hands, legs, and eyes in the back of his head (of course!). I'm used to making my own photocopies at UPS Stores that put their machines on the floor, but Eric has always done mine for me. I'm not sure why, but I've decided that it has less to do with him trusting customers with his photocopier key and more to do with him believing that I'm a princess from the faraway land of Blah-Dee-Bloh, masking as an Erie County commoner (Shhh! I do not give many 1 star reviews. Check my stats. I'm a friendly gal who gives people the benefit of the doubt, but wow, this was amazing. I don't know how he did it, but the employee I interacted with managed to be rude and patronizing in the 24 seconds that he was willing to talk to me. Terrible customer service. I saw reviews about this guy (middle aged, Caucasian male employee) on google, but I thought people were exaggerating. They weren't. I called first and asked when the last pick up was. He told me they had already left. I asked "do you know when they pick up at the Sheridan store (which is 1.5 miles from this store)?" I would think most employees in the shipping business would either know this information or attempt to access it for their customer....I mean shipping is the product of your company! He essentially said he did not know their schedule and that I needed to figure that out on my own. Nice. For convenience sake, I went to this store anyways. I walk in the door, and as I'm walking in he says, "don't even bother setting that package down...you don't even have the right label on it...your label needs to be in like earth print...not this giant print." Okay, real helpful and rude. I try to tell him that I couldn't get it to print any other way, and he said something to the effect of "well you need to figure that out." How terribly helpful. It looks as if this store is now under new management. I recently went to this store and was taken care off by Eric, the new owner. Eric seemed very knowledgable and very friendly. I'm not sure if that rude employee still works there, but I've been seen by Eric the last two times I have been there and haven't had any issues. read more
